Very disappointed with the service. I order non spicy chicken for my kid and after 3 times making sure that it is not spicy, they give me spicy chicken for a baby!!!

My child was crying hysterically because it was so spicy.

As you see from the picture, I was digging the food to see if there is any part that is not spic, but you see chilli everywhere!

I tried to call and message the CS, no respond, if you have children, please don’t buy here. The worker used to have people ordering spicy stuff, they don’t give a damn if you are outside of...

Mid 2022: Our S tier geprek chicken got an upgrade!

Update Feb 2023: I ordered some delivery through G*jek app and I'm withdrawing my 5 star review.

One normal portion only include a merely scraps of chicken on top of big rice portion. I don't even ask for eggs yet there's also some scrambled eggs mixed in the chicken. Maybe they're trying to balance the rising peice by swapping the chicken with scrambled eggs.

Looking at the whole pic and comparing it with the price... sigh...

Hari saya makan di tempat ini tatapi saya melihat staff resto ini membuat/mengolah makanan tidak dengan baik dan tidak sesuai standard resto pada umumnya saya melihat dengan mata kepala saya sendiri pesanan grab/gojek (gofood) yang dibuatkan oleh karena staff resto ini membuatnya sambil bercanda staff tersebut yang kumisan dan jenggotan membuat nasinya tumpah ke meja dari tempatnya dan bukanya di ganti nasi baru malah staff tersebut kembalikan lagi ke mangkok nya karena saya sudah memesan makanan dan membayarnya dengan rasa kecewa dan menyesalkan tindakannya staff tersebut.. mohon untuk pengelola resto ini staffnya bisa di training terlebih dahulu agar bisa membuat atau menyajikan makanan dengan baik dan benar jangan asal-asalan customer yang memesan makanan bukan meminta tapi semua membayar dengan uang jadi mohon hargai pesanan customer dan makanan yang di buat jangan sembarang nanti bisa dilaporkan pihak yang berwajib dibawah bukti saya...
