KEWIN Cafe & Dine — Restaurant in City of Medan

Let me say to you with honesty from the bottom from my heart. It was about 6.30 PM when I reached this Cafe and park my motorcycle in there. The motorcycle parking area is exactly in front of the Cafe and you can see the inside environment clearly because it just covered with transparent glass. The atmosphere in the cafe at that time was quite empty and only a few customers filled the dining table. Coincidentally, I saw a female employee wearing a headscarf bringing a whole food from the kitchen (not leftovers that have been finished) to one of the empty tables, then tasting the food. After that, the food is delivered to the customers who come. I think that I have paid a high price for food + tax + service charge. If I have to get this quality of service from dishonest waiters, why do I have to pay so much for the dish and visit again...

Would like to give a 3.5 but there's no option for that.

Most of the food served so far in here is really mediocre, for the price given. It's quite expensive, even more expensive that the usual cafes in Medan. An average dish costs ±70k. Nothing special with the food here, but the pizza is really something here. Only the pizza.

The pizza tastes really great, but yet , still expensive. It's the only one that actually tasted delicious from all the food we ordered. We ordered a bunch of pasta dishes , (penne, spaghetti,etc).

Atmosphere is ok, the decorations are great, there's also a bunch of Christmas themed decorations in the area. Some of the staff is quite inexperienced, but it's...

My first time here after seeing Makanmana’s video. The place is quite instagrammable especially if you come here in the afternoon. I ordered Margherita pizza, Penne Polo Salmon and Spaghetti aglio olio.

The penne polo is very good with chunks of salmon meat, the Aglio olio is excellent too with 2 pieces of large King Prawn,. But somehow the main star for me is the Pizza, it is baked using wood fire. It has charred flavor on the edges that makes it taste just a little bit smoky, in a good way.

Last but not least, it is pricey but not overpriced. You get more for what you paid. I’ll definitely come back to try the other...
