Brothers Cafe — Restaurant in City of Medan

Visited Brothers Cafe at 13 May 2023. Worst cafe/restaurant ever in Medan. I WILL NOT comeback to this Cafe ever again. Ratings: Food 2/10 Service 0/10 Place 7.5/10 (the AirCon not cool) Waited far too long for the Food to be served. While the Waiters/Waitresses are walking around like on the catwalk but just doing nothing but taking orders from customers which the orders take a plenty of time to be served.

The story began as we arrived and order the FnB Waited for around 1.5hours but still my order had not been served So i ask the waiter, he went to check the kitchen and doesn’t give me any answers at all. Waiting for another 15 minutes and still my food hadn’t come. So i call for the waitress, this time i told her if the food haven’t been cooked, please cancel the order. Then she quickly served the food, while asking me with impolite gesture, “the food is here, do you still want the food? If not, i will cancel them for you.” What an attitude. I expect more from this cafe since the price is not cheap. I will not come...

The food was good. We order cream soup, fettuccini carbonara and grilled chicken with mushroom soup. Cream soup still acceptable, fettuccini well cook and grilled chicken quite amazed us, with the mushroom soup that taste like a little bit sate padang paste. But overall good

A little bit to improve is the service, first we also order ox tongue steak, and the order already input and process for 30mins then the waiter come and inform us that it was sold out. Quite dissapointed in which the waiter need to inform us at first time not after waiting for 30mins and tell us that it was sold already.

Definitely will visit again to try the must eat ox tongue. Look forward for...

One of the oldest cafe in Medan, and they just moved to this new location. It's like an old spacious house with modern furniture.

Love the atmosphere with yellow lights, calm music and comfy sofa.

The beverage options are many! We tried honeydew boba, rainbow brothers ice(?), blueberry Yakult, and hot Americano...all are acceptable. Each is around 30 thousand.

The misop is quite tasty since they provide kecap asin, manis, jeruk nipis, sambal so I can mix any to my taste 😆 (I'm from Jakarta, so not really fit with the taste of the local bakso2 here).
