BISTRONOMIX — Restaurant in City of Medan

I just left the place after ordering Mushroom Soup, A Greek Salad and a Margarita Pizza, a few minutes later I was told no salads are available, so they talked me into ordering fettuccini pasta, with broccoli and cream sauce ....

The mushroom soup tasted ok, except for the chicken bone pieces floating in the soup, I thought I was biting a mushroom and it turn out to be a bone piece, almost broke a tooth!

Than I tried the fettuccine, it had beef that tasted old! And it wasn’t supposed to have any ! Also it hardly had any sauce and no Chile peppers as described in the menu book!

The Margarita pizza was basically a cheese pizza , no tomato slices !

When the girl, which I assumed was the manager, asked why I didn’t like the food and I explained , all she said was yes and walked alway smiling!

The waitress was very good! So was the cold Bintang, that’s why I am giving it 2 stars.

The food was bad! Shame, because I really liked it...

consider one of the hype bar and Cafe in Medan. they provided live music except on Sunday from 9 to 11 p.m continue the live dj until midnight. love the ambience, the food and drink served perfectly and off course with reasonable quality and price. what I love. they have shisha too, for those who are looking to enjoy shisha in Medan this is the right place for you guys since it's hardly to find a good shisha in Medan. you can choose indoor /outdoor seating but the live music and dj is on the 2nd floor. be sure to choose the best indoor seating in 2nd floor. you can even book for a private ktv room in the 3rd floor. totally recommended for those local and foreigner to visit here..from coffee, light food, proper meals, alcoholic drinks to wine cocktail to mocktail to soju. name it and you can get it here. thanks...

Great restaurant. Had their B'Nomix fried rice and it was quite good. The chicken piece that came with it was surprisingly good. The restaurant is located right next to the Marriott and prices are quite affordable by international standards (half to one-quarter of what similar food/drinks would cost at the Marriott). Nice environment, I got quite a bit of work done. There was a live cover band upstairs, pretty talented. Beers were cheap. Staff was friendly but it'd be nice if at least one member on staff spoke English. I'd imagine that being next to the Marriott they get some international traffic and other restaurants in Medan had English speaking staff on hand. Regardless, if I end up back in Medan, I...
