Worst restaurant ever with UNTRAINED & UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dine elsewhere if you're gonna pay the same amount of money!

Points: Unprofessional customer service (staff has severe attitude problems) Not worth the value paid with the service received

I came there as I've heard about this place & the ambiance is good.

I went & ordered starters (Thai Basil Beef Quesadillas) with 3 mains. I specifically told the waitress with the pixie haircut 'Could you please serve the starters first? Once we're done, you could serve the mains'

She responded with 'Sorry maam, we will serve whatever that's ready first' I said, with an unhappy face 'Then why do you have starters as a menu? Starter is 'to start', to open up your appetite before you move to main'

She said 'ok'

Few minutes later, she came to serve THE MAIN. THE AUDACITY! And she said 'Sorry ma'am, but this is the one which is ready first' with a face that says 'Just take this already, why are you asking so much?'

First of all, I DID NOT pay this kind of price for this kind of service.

And due to my industry of work, I host a lot of gatherings (minimum once a week) & with their restaurants pricing, they could easily generate IDR 10 million from me every month.

But they chose to close their stream of revenue by providing low-trained, unprofessional staffs in the front line, in what is 'supposed to be' a high-end looking place.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant at Penthouse 19th Medan, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The most exclusive place i went in medan it was very nice and there is a bit for everyone, when we arrived at 8 pm there was a singer and she was amazing at singing, later when she was done it turned into a club vibe and there was 2 djs amping up the wire for dancing and so on. Of course I was the first on the floor because im not scared 🤣 very nice place. I wanted to tip the place buuut when I saw the bill and the service charge i think they already included that haha. Its one of the more pricy places but you also get a show all of the time! Even with my food they came in and put it on fire infront of me so it was cool they made it exstra nice. They also turned of one of the air-conditioning just because my girlfriend was cold ! So its very good in deed!

Go here for the final day to get a cool ending on your trip. And go early if you dont want to go clubbing haha.

I got a wagyu sirleon most pricy thing on the meny haha and it was delicious! Also they have food for sharing but you dont even have to order alot because that sharing chese sea platter we had was almost enough to get us both full haha.
