Hi, i asked the barista to increase the ac's temperature after i sit for a while because sometimes it's too cold. I asked two baristas, first he's kindly respond but didn't do anything. Second, another barista respond with long unfriendly stare and nod lazily. I requested when the place is not crowded and nobody in the line, and i don't mind to wait for my request, but none of them did even when there's no customer.
Is my request unreasonable? If it is and turn out there's policy to keep the ac's temperature, i hope the baristas can just politely reject my request with a reason, especially for the second barista, his reactions made me uncomfortable. Actually, i've been on multiple starbucks and a few times asked for the same request and not all of them act, but at least they don't give unfriendly and bothered look. For baristas who took efforts on my request i really appreciate it.

Kalian harus tau, akibat keteledoran kalian driver yg kena imbasnya, costumer berasumsi driver nyolong pesanannya.
Kalau costumer kasi penilaian buruk ke driver krn kesalahan kalian, efeknya driver GK bs cari nafkah untuk keluarganya.
No hp Starbucks yg ada di aplikasi Gojek juga tidak aktif, jd driver harus kembali ke resto untuk memberitahu klw pesanannya kurang.
Resto rumahan dan kaki lima aja no hp nya bisa dihubungi.
Kalian ini brand internasional lho, tp kacau balau seperti ini.
Kebayang GK kalau ngantarnya jauh, harus kembali lagi ke Starbucks Jl. Amir Hamzah, hanya untuk bilang pesanan kurang? Dan ketika disampaikan GK ada pernyataan maaf, atau raut wajah menyesal, cuma minta alamat costumer biar nnt diantar.
Tolong management lebih selektif dan detail memberi arahan kepada karyawan yg melakukan proses packing makanan untuk Ojol, konfirmasi kembali antara struk dan pesanan, apakah sudah sesuai.
