Delira Coffee and Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Pematang Siantar

I was asked to write a review. And i am happy to do so. Really nicely designed place. Different area with different styles. Well done. 5 stars for the interior design. We had two different nasi gorengs. It was a good portion and also very tasty. But too spicy. Even my indonesian friend tried picking out the chili pieces. Unfortunately they used chilli flakes which you can't pick out any more. My suggestion: Cook with whole chilies or put the chili on the side. So your guests can choose their level of spiciness. Great place with great food and great stuff. Will come again for sure. I want to give 4,5 stars but not possible. So i will change this review to 5 star if you put ice cream on the menu. Don't judge book by its cover, literally

Tertarik untuk makan disini karena tempat dan ambiencenya bagus dan cozy, terutama lantai 2 yg keliatan classy. But, that's only it, karena aspek lain seperti service, waiting time, dan rasa makanan tidak sesuai ekspektasi saat melihat tempatnya yg bagus.

(-) Waiter kurang ramah, terutama yg laki-laki, tidak senyum bahkan tidak melakukan konfirmasi saat mengantarkan pesanan, sangat buruk 👎

(-) Porsi makanan kecil, saya pesan Hotplate Seafood, harganya 45rb, tidak murah, tapi porsi dan isiannya sangat sedikit, cuma udang dan cumi yg ukurannya kecil-kecil 😂, sisanya sayuran. Saya juga pesan Soup Jagung Kepiting, harga 25rb, tpi porsi hanya secangkir kecil 😁

(-) Waktu tunggu pesanan LAMAAAAAAA BANGETTTTTT! Ini yg paling mengecewakan. Pesanan butuh 1 jam lebih untuk dimasak padahal resto lagi sepi dan saya cuma order 6 main food. Itupun datangnya satu persatu, jadinya gabisa makan bersamaan dengan keluarga, harus bergantian 🤣

(-) Baru kali ini nemu resto sendok ambil sendiri ke barista, atau harus diminta dulu baru diberikan, padahal bisa dikasi saat pesanan diantarkan. LUCU BANGET KAN MALAH JADI SELF SERVICE?!

(-) Salah antar pesanan, saya pesan Hotplate Seafood yg datang Hotplate Ayam, meskipun diganti, tapi tetap memakan waktu yg lama

(+) Tempatnya bagus dan nyaman, cocok untuk yg suka foto karena disini banyak spot...
