Dear Kopi Siantar — Restaurant in City of Pematang Siantar

I never leave a google review before but this was intolerable enough for me to write this review. Went to this place yesterday around 8 pm with my colleagues. This was my first time coming here. I went to a lot of coffee shops but never had a problem. But one of the waitress quite ruined my experience here. We were simply ordering and my friend asked a question about the menu, but the waitress replied with a "disgusted" gesture towards us when we didn't even insult him or doing something out of the ordinary. Second time, he gave us the same "disgusted" look and gesture out of nowhere. Was that really necessary? I never had this happened to me anywhere. I actually wonder what's wrong. Perhaps someone could enlighten me on this one? I liked the place. The food n drinks were good and they're affordable. But too bad the service was awful. I would think twice before...

It's a nice place to hang out, coz it's also near city center.

The ambience is kinda crowded(as you can see in the pic) we have trouble to find park area, coz so many ppl come here (which is a sign that this is the worthy place to go)

Food is around 25k Beverage min 15k (Many of my friends said the coffee isn't that good) I like the nasi goreng with chicken here, worth to buy 👍

Bad service, I waited for a half for a black coffee and toast. The place is busy and the waiters are not enjoyable. One most important here the narrow parking and It will not available for your vehicle. Just make sure don't come here on weekend or high season if you don't want waste your...
