I had booked a room for 3 hours and while I was there, the system errored many times, and that was so annoying. Even though the IT team had come to fix it, it still happened repeatedly. It has made me lose my time that I have spent without any compensation. I have spent almost 1.1 million and I am not getting proper service. Honestly, something like this is really detrimental to customers. You have to improve your service, if you don't want to lose your loyal customers. and one more thing, I forgot my multi plug (Australian power adapter) which was still plugged in, I called twice, they said it hasn't been checked yet. after I called for the third time they said there was nothing left. After I asked for permission to come there and check it myself, they said there were already other customer in that room and would check after the customer left. food is horrible -no taste and flavor plus small portions service is so slow, the staff do their best but carrying one plate all the way to the third floor in the corner isn’t working. waited 30 min for our drinks the sound systems is poor quality, no clean sound compared to happy puppy rooms are dated and not that clean toilets also not that proper cleaned inefficiency at the reception, reserved a room at 7, had to wait 15 min longer and turned out the whole entire floor was still empty. audiovisuals and lights are dated no beer buckets and pricey drinks
I will never come back here. Better pay a little more per hour for the room and have proper facilities like in Happy Puppy

Read moreI had visited the place once before Covid and had a good time. However, a friend recently suggested going again, so I did. Surprisingly, the experience was not the same as my first visit. The public restrooms on the ground floor near the front desk had a strong smell, especially the men's room, despite appearing clean. The room itself reeked of tobacco smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking room because we had children with us. The butler promised to bring us an air freshener sprayer but never did, even after we asked twice. Eventually, we decided to lower our expectations. The karaoke system encountered errors multiple times, and although their IT or mechanic attended to it each time we informed them, after a few instances, they seemed irritated. A female, who appeared to be a leader or security personnel, sternly instructed us not to select too many songs at once, limiting us to five songs at a time. We complied with all instructions but chose not to extend our time there due to the discomfort and the desire to find a better place. I'm sharing this not to disparage the establishment but to relay my personal experience, hoping it's unique to me and my family, and that others don't have to endure the same.
