1st time I orde 1L creamy vanila latte with extra shoot and they given with extra chrage 6000K/shoot. Ans barista given permision.

2nd time theres barista really dony know about via promotion dan how taste more nice for the taste. 3rd time I order the same 1L and i want extra shoot, But they dont given even though I paid for. and i order 2 any baverage Ice hazelnut latte 1 cup Venti 1 cup Grande they told the reaaon if 1L canot give extra shoot espresso. 4th time today I order 1L with the same .They given 1 extra shoot whitout any problem and i paid for it.

5th Time I ever order 2 cups 1 Ice hazelnut latte & 1 ice maringue latte. Service they given is not good and friendly i have to to told them foe tak away but you kmow what she did? She just put my baverages on taking table without say thankyou &no smile or call name of my order.

My quetion is why?????? One day they can give 1 extra shoot and one day they dont! And can trainee ur barista more friendly for evry cust.im so Very dispointed.

Sugestion : Plz training more barista about the service to cust and product knowledge as well. Plz more be smile and humble focus for cust specialy for Starbucks Drive thru...

This place is getting busier and busier since the last time I remembered (probably because I came at its peak hours haha). Customers come in groups and cause noises. I could hear people on the phone calling (and video call as well) which made this spacious seating area feel crowded. I can't complain though... Maybe they can make VC on outdoors seats?

The coffee? Ah... So so excellent! I tried one of the Barista's Choice and fell in love instantly! Definitely I come back for the coffee and those smiles the staffs always...
