KFC — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

We order a basic menu with a burger and 2 chicken wings. Told us to wait for 15 minutes because the wings are currently out of stock. They were actually waiting for the POS to come back online while the food sat on the counter, platted and getting cold.

When the system finally came online 10-15 minutes later, we paid and they passed us the burger and a piece of chicken that was actually there before we arrived.

When we said that we wanted proper fresh food that wasn’t just sitting there getting cold they said we had to wait and they still don’t have wings and don’t know for how long.

40 minutes after we made the order we still didn’t receive anything and orders of “freshly” made chicken pieces and meals were getting handed over to customers and our burger was still sitting on the counter waiting for the 2 wings.

One customer didn’t seem happy as she came back from the table to get her chicken replaced with warmer ones. They simply placed her pieces back with the others as if it’s normal.

Who knows what happened to those pieces as they were with the customer but the staff didn’t seem bothered by that at all.

We demanded a refund which they gave to us in cash (we paid with card)

Never going back there. If it’s late, just go to Burger King down the road if you really want fried chicken.

AVOID THIS PLACE. we bought food from drive thru. Chicken not fresh, hard, tasted stale and not smell right. ayam stink a bit.... tasted wrong and the meat was not soft it was hard. smelled wrong. second time this happened.. last time got bit diarrhea after eating there also. The customer service staff are ok . I prefer order from other kfc. Seems sometimes their chicken here not cooked enough or they used stale chicken or they not properly defrost and fry the chicken properly. disgusting chicken actually. I cant eat it . its hard and just tastes stale not right. avoid if you can. Probably worst KFC in Bali. I hope they make improvements. Other KFCs in Bali...

It says 24 hours. But they close at 11 pm and ready to serve at 9am. Kinda obvious since they put the sign that not same as the operational. They kept everything clean but the staff kinda rude while serving. I am waiting my friends here and almost finish my meals, then the staff give “you can leave now, please” attitude. The parking man not showing at 10 am (my time arrival) so i need to made my own to cross the street, he came at 10.30 and when i need to go at 11 am, he ask me to pay the things i didn’t get like: he parks my bike or helping me to get across...
