It should be forbidden to treat tourists like that: (I went there today, April 22, 2024 at 18h with my partner and I ordered a caramel latte, the girl who served me laughed with her partner (he does not understand English) commenting and laughing at me, and when I told her that I wanted little ice, she commented to her partner and they started to laugh in a disrespectful way, and the girl asked me laughing at me if I wanted little or very little ice, making me the gesture 👌🏻, I add the photo of the moment when they gave me the coffee and I sat down. If you like DD, this is the best DD branch in my opinion. The interior design is nice and cozy. Staffs are friendly. I love the fact that DD have a lot of promotions, so you can get cheaper prices for your favorite menus. However, the only thing that I dislike is their parking lot. It's rather narrow and easily cramped. I was having such a hard time to park my motorcycle and to leave the parking lot. They have "tukang parkir" tho so I guess you could ask for help. Sangat kecewa dengan beberapa kali saya ke dunkin teuku umar yg baru khusunya....beberapa kali jam 7 pagi dibilang belom open...oke....beberapa kali jam 8 dibilang belum open dan belum ready juga....sampai terakhir tgl 13/4/2023 saya jam 8.30 sampai di DD dibilang belom ready juga....tapi saya masi setia menunggu....karena saya salah satu penggila DD dimanapun....singkat cerita hampir jam 9 pegawaipun memanggil kami...."kak kita sudah ready , silahkan kak " Oke istri seperti biasa ambil beberapa donut dan pesen OUR BEST FAVOURITE DRINK " ICE CAPUCINO " dan saya rencana memesan croisant smoke beef...tapi..dengan sangat menyesal saya masi harus menunggu stand bagian croisant ready....dengan salah satu pegawai wanita they called the name is " DAYU " beteriak memanggil teman kerjanya...." Iniii gimanaaaa cara ngidupinnya...aku ga tauu..." Helloo didepan anda ini customer bukan daging mentah...🤣🤣🤣 Ga lama pegawai lainya dateng dan melayani...croisantnya yg apa ksk...saya hilang croisant smoke beef ....mulai lah mereka bertanya2 lagi kebelakang beefnyaa ready ga apanya ready ga bla bla bla....kesannya tuh ga well prepare banget.... Suatu pagi yg buat badmood bgt...perut lapar rencana goes to DD dengan harapan bisa mendapatkan apa yg sudah terbayang kenikmatan croisant smoked beef... But sadly ZONKKKKK!!!!
