McDonald's — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

The worst fast food restaurant I have ever seen in my life!!!! Disgusting service, no qualified English speaking specialists!!! It is deceitful and unreliable Attempted fraud when returning an order and double payment for the order!!!!I do not recommend staying there or using this place for food. The problem is in the English language!!! The waiter does not understand what is being ordered from him.......it's funny But the most important thing is the deception of the client when returning the order and replacing it with another one... simply an unprecedented case in the history of visiting McDonald's... shame

P.S. The portions are very small...funny For the price of one chicken for this money at the market!!!! Shame on you.... So my experience makes me never want to come back to buy McD here again. I didn't dine here, but I bought it from the drive thru and grab food. From the drive thru, the customer service was giving me the wrong order, I wasn't ordering that but she gave me a different burger, luckily I checked, and they only said have you checked on the monitor about the order? Well first of all she said correctly my order but writing differently. That wasn't my fault. And when we order with grab, they also give me the wrong order!!! I straight away complain through grab app, but well nothing happens!!! This McD is supposed to be closed!!!! They are not ready to serve many people! They need to do training more for the staff first then reopening!!! Wrong orders always happen here, in this McD!!! So be careful!!! They are ignorant people! Many ignorant people working here!!! They definitely can't read and listen to the order properly!!! Shame on McD who hires those...

Service too slow. Chicken meat too noisy ... kids screaming uncontrollably.......tiny and bad quality compared to KFC. KFC fried chicken is larger and better. Very noisy here next to the kids playground too kids screaming so loud hard to enjoy dinner. The air-conditioning here is either too hot in afternoon or too cold. They also removed alot of the grey comfortable chairs and replaced with wood hard chairs not comfortable at all...I try avoid this place now...not enjoyable to eat here. also the order machine they changed the menu GUI format and very slow and user unfriendly. I almost gave up ordering from the machines... better just go to front and order. The menu format sucks...also the nasi uduk the rice was not fresh and so hard...used to be good here 10yrs ago but now this place just sucks totally. Can't even enjoy a simple dinner....the soft cushion chairs are 90% gone instead they have alor hard chairs with no cushions...just not...
