I went there for lunch with my friend. There was not alot of customers and place was a bit empty. The food was good for the price. The service was excellent. Unfortunately due to not alot of customer, you can't refill meat or chicken yourself but you can ask the server to do it for you. We ordered tom yum and curry soup. Tom yum was very strong flavor and too sour for us but the curry was the main character. The all you can eat also include 2 sushi and 2 dimsum for 1 pack and ice...

Read moreSaat sampai di lantai 2 ada seorang lelaki yg menanyakan apakah kami sudah ada reservasi, karna belum kami di arahkan ke meja cashier untuk pembayaran terlebih dahulu, sambil menunggu antrean di cashier, ada mba2 yg datang dan menanyakan "reservasi atas nama siapa!?" Karna kami bilang belum ada, langsung dia pergi bgitu saja. Dengan nada tinggi, tidak sopan sekali. Harusnya selamat malam, maaf mba apa sudah ada reservasi sebelumnya? Kalau belum silahkan order dan bayar dulu (lebih baik sperti ini) Kemudian setelah payment, mba2 yg tadi malah meninggalkan kami dan pergi untuk taking photo other guest. Kami sangat awkward as first timer customer tidak tau hrs bagaimana. Kemudian dia berkata kepada temannya, "itu tu urus org itu" Where's the manner? Better to say tolong dibantu tamunya/guestnya.. The first man, the cashier, the last lady was helpful, but just tht one lady so bad.
Food terrible, meats at the buffet is dark, not fresh. Management should take serious action bout this, or someone gonna get killed soon. Ambience is nice. The last was a man i think its the manager, seeing our soup was low, he ask to refill. I think this is the only good thing beside the ambience.
Need to train the front of the house more, the flow, how the greet the customer and ofc need to fix the food...
