JCO COFFEE & DONUTS SE TOHPATI — Restaurant in Denpasar Timur

This donut shop is located near the junction of the main road to Gatsu Timur and Batubulan. So, its best to slow down after the traffic light or you might missed the entrance.

The place is okay, quite spacious and they share space with Mako, their bread store signature.

Lighting is good, they got the mood. But somehow I feel that JCo needs more attention in the ambience side. Perhaps that Mako is their new child, so the old son didn't get much attention. JCo needs some refreshment, I think he's getting rusty.

I'm not getting into the donut stuff, because they are all the same quality among all JCo's. I like them btw.

If you want to go here, just make sure to watch for the entrance spot, because it's around the corner. It got harder to find on the crowded time...

BakeryBakery is a great place to enjoy donuts with coffee. We ordered 1 dozen donuts along with a hot espresso, and everything was excellent. The donuts were soft, fresh, and had a nice variety of flavors, making it perfect for sharing. The espresso was rich, smooth, and balanced well with the sweetness of the donuts. Tempat dan rasa fnb selalu konsisten baik..

tp sayangnya untuk karyawan ,maaf mba kadir yg bernama Devi mungkin bisa dibina bagaimana cara melayani cust dengan sepenuh hati,sudah salah input orderan, tidak ada penjelasan apapun dan main charge card orang. Jelas sy nanya belanjaan sy brp, karena dia charge card sy tanpa menjelaskan kalo dia salah input order, yg dicharge memang tidak sesuai dgn yg dimonitor kasir.Sy minta bill karena sy lihat dilayar tidak sesuai dgn apa yg sy beli,lalu dia jelaskan kalau salah input, sistem kasirnya error dan harus nunggu 10menitan untuk cetak bill tp dgn nada ketus, saat sy menunggu bill dan dia ngobrol dengan temannya lalu bilang "dia minta bill" , sopankah menyebut cust didepan mata dengan sebutan "dia"?

Sy sebagai customer bukan minta didewakan, tp tolonglah kalau tidak siap kerja dipelayanan mending kerja ditempat yg tdk bertemu banyak customer,kasian brand jco sudah sebaik ini tp malah karyawannya yg seperti merusak...
