Ordered take-away, total purchase was Rp23,501, but I was charged Rp24,000 without any explanation. The receipt shows a rounding of Rp1, even though the price before rounding was already a whole number, Rp23,000. It’s not about the small amount, but every customer is being deceived by this “rounding” trick, which I find unreasonable. When the food was ready, I saw the receipt placed inside the box along with my noodles and covered by the wontons. Even though I parked outside the Gacoan area, I was still charged a parking fee (possibly by an unauthorized person) with the reason that they could “lose money” because parking fees are calculated based on the receipt from Gacoan. From this, I understand that Gacoan customers are not allowed to be pedestrians — they must use a vehicle so that a parking fee can be charged. Moreover, I did not receive any proof of parking payment from the man on duty at Gacoan on 10/08/2025 at 23:00 WITA. Please check the CCTV if you need proof of all the complaints I have mentioned.

System Gastronomie like McD, BK or KFC. A limited choice of pasta dishes, Indonesian style plus a variety of side dishes. First time clients are a little bit disturbed because you need to know what you want, have to pay, have to wait until you can pickup your choice for selfservice. Cheap and affordable (reasonable prices) and I prefer to come here instead of McD or BK. You may not leaving hungry. I forgot. For the pasta there is a level system. 0=1 normal spicy (tourist should start with this) and level 8 = burn ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 the hell. (Don't do it you will loose all your taste.) What I didn't like, we had to queue with all the online orders and food express. Only one person at the cashier desk 😱😜😁

Salah satu gerai franchise (waralaba) yang cukup terkenal di Indonesia terdapat di sekitar wilayah Renon dimana merupakan pusat kantor pemerintahan di Denpasar. Area cukup rame beraneka ragam kuliner. Menyediakan menu khusus andalan nya aneka olahan mie dengan berbagai level pedas sesuai selera customer. Level pedas nya bisa dipilih mulai dari 0-8. Dinilai dari taste sesungguhnya biasa aja cenderung flat, namun sensasi level pedas nya itu yg membuat customer ketagihan. So kesan nya bukan makan olahan mie, namun makan cabe. Selain olahan mie tersedia juga beberapa dimsum, itupun taste nya masih jauh level nya dibandingkan dimsum lainnya. Namun karena harga nya sangat ramah kantong, maka customer pun sampe dibelain rela antri panjang. Begitu juga antrian untuk pesan online cukup panjang antrian nya. Sehingga tarif ongkir nya pernah cek salah satu pelayan jasa online food sampe diatas 10K ongkir nya meskipun jarak nya kurang dari 1Km...sangat luar biasa. Dianalisa sekilas dari pengalaman dine in bahwa jumlah manpower tidak sebanding dengan kapasitas kursi dan pesan online. Karena terlihat rata-rata waiting time dihitung sejak selesai pesan dan payment di kasir (system bayar dulu, baru makan) lebih dari 30menit. Tidak sebanding dengan menghabiskan makanan nya yg hanya perlu waktu 10menit. Diperhatikan pula overload manpower nya sangat luar biasa terlihat dari cara nya melayani tanpa senyum dan tidak ada basa basi...sehingga terasa flat sama sekali. Sangat disayangkan gerai dengan tempat yang luas ini tidak diimbangi dengan kecukupan manpower yg memadai, baik jumlah maupun kualitas nya. Terlihat juga area parkir sangat penuh dengan roda dua. Semoga pihak Management Mie Gacoan Renon segera meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik untuk melayani customer yang sudah rela berkorban antri order cukup panjang dan menunggu datangnya hidangan yang segera dinikmati, apalagi jika kondisi nya sudah laper. Semoga segera di follow up.

Iam sorry to gacoan i wrote a bad comments. OMG the karyawan is the worst..i order for self pickup on grab..when my wife wait at the counter.. literally no body tell her that the order is ready..she asked the cashier, and told to be wait..waiting for almost 30 minutes..till i ask by my self to counter..if my order ready..and the karyawan said..u need to come to counter to pickup by your self..how come we know that the order ready or not..its a very bad customer service..as u can see somebody waiting longtime..you need to asked them..what are they waiting..not just ignore them..this outlet has bad customer service compare to pakerisan...
