Hi, I'd like to share my experiences today. First-time kesini aku kira bakal lebih baik dari point coffee biasanya secara ini tempat point coffee hos. PELAYANAN - Dari segi pelayanan engga banget dari baru sampai di meja order pegawai tidak murah senyum dan nada cetus ketika saya bingung untuk memesan. - untuk hak customer biasanya harus diberikan struk atau kalau misalnya ada kendala di mesin struk seharusnya disampaikan kepada customer bahwa struk tidak bisa diproses. - member? Sama sekali tidak ditanyakan padahal saya punya member. Padahal kalau saya bisa scan member lumayan stamp nya bisa saya kumpulkan seperti biasanya. - nama pada minuman juga tidak ditanyakan dan tidak ditulis pada minuman :( Sepertinya pegawainya masih baru karna saya lihat masih menggunakan baju putih kemungkinan trainer. Namun disebelahnya ada staff yang seharusnya juga lebih ramah. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya terutama bersikap ramah dan murah senyum kepada customer, karna malu aja point coffee hos kalah dengan point coffee biasa. TEMPAT & SUASANA untuk tempat nongki” atau sekedar ngobrol bagus banget, tapi kalau WFC engga dulu karna lumayan bising dan ac kurang dingin. Everything is okay but not the services🙏🎀 Thank you

Konsep cafe yang unik, bisa milih antara point coffee say bread & mister donut. parkir depan luas, parkir belakang juga luas even though harus jalan kaki beberapa meter kalau parkir dibelakang, ada drive thru. parkir gratis, ada security yg bantu nyebrangin (so helpfull) toilet bersih. koneksi wifi buruk kalau rame dan dibatasi (mungkin karena banyak yg make wifi tapi belanja nya sedikit dan diam berjam jam hahaha) rasa teh nya enak sih untuk point coffee, aku pernah coba yang kopi mereka biasa aja dibanding coffee shop lain tapi worthed sama tempatnya. roti say bread lumayan murah dibanding cafe lain (tapi terasa sedikit lebih mahal dibanding point cafe yang lain), oh ya kalau beli minuman di point coffee bisa dapat diskon untuk pembelian di say bread, mba mba cashier point coffee ramah tapi sayang ga ngasi tau kalau tutup jam 9, aku datang 8.40 (padahal diseluruh wilayah bali tutup jem 10 an bahkan banyak yg tutup jam 11, bisa kalah saing sih) tempat untuk baca juga sama mirip-mirip co-working space tapi sedang ditutup waktu kesana, cocok untuk ngumpul rame-rame, buat tugas dan kerja juga cocok karena tenang, ac ga begitu dingin, meja tinggi. nyaman sih menurutku. overall oke sih

Gedung Point Coffee, located at Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto 33, Denpasar, Bali. Opposite of RS Manuaba, have just opened yesterday 28 Nov 19 with welcoming 3-excellent brand (Point Coffee, Say Bread, and Mister Donut). I had a nice experience in this newly opened place.

Spacious & comfortable place (not packed and well designed)

Well equipped (WiFi is available, lots of electric plugs, working tables, sofas, etc.)

Wide options of reasonable priced snacks & drinks (Point Coffee, Say Bread, and Mister Donuts)

Beautiful Architecture & design (both outside & inside the building)
