If I could give zero stars, i would give zero stars. They don't deserve any stars because they mislead you on the price of the meal. We went to eat lunch with my family and ended up paying 1,104,000 Rupiah even though the menu said 240000 per pak that serve two people. They ended up charging us 4 even though we ordered 2 paks which suppose to serve 4 people. This place will rip you off on the price. The menu said one thing and they charge you different thing. We brought up the attention to the server and the server did not do anything. What really made us upset is that the server should have explained to us better in details instead she didn't explain to us, they wanted to make money out of us just because we were tourists. We even asked her so many times about the menu pricing if 240,000 Rupiah is for two people and she kept on saying yes. As you can see they were not honest at all, they just wanted to make money from us because they only have 3 tables (including us) in the whole restaurant. The food is not even that good for the price of 1,104,000 Rupiah, I can go to very nice Sanur Beach area restaurants to have better food for 600,000 Rupiah for 4 people and that included drinks with wonderful environment. I do not recommend people to eat here. The food is not good, they do not do honest business, and service is horrible. I have never seen a restaurant that brought dessert the first thing right after the order was taken, way before an actual meal come out.
In addition, my husband is Balinese and he spoke to the server in Indonesian so there's no way it was a language barrier problem. We will definitely tell what happened and not recommend all of our family and friends from Bali about...

The iced tea we ordered had melted ice, suggesting that it had been sitting for a while. The food did not match the pictures or the expectations they set.

Ā Ā Ā Read morePainfully slow service due to Kitchen. We ordered a Gado-gado and Soto Betawi while the place had just one other customer. It took a good half an hour to come out. When we complained we got the usual alasan litany of reasons why it was talking so long. Jangan beralasan. There is no reason but for poor training, systems or outright laziness that your food production is so slow. If it takes half an hour to prepare a Gado-gado in Indonesia, you might as well close down your business now.
I don't want or need pretexts, excuses or apologies after the fact. "Maaf, maaf itu" gak berarti, gak pengaruh, malah menyebalkan. I want prompt service and good performance. Get it right, get it done...
