Yakiniku Like Living World Denpasar — Restaurant in Denpasar Utara

It’s an irony, which this is the first I ate at this restaurant, but experienced the worst experience because we have to pay the price double from the original. They have promotion of 75k/pax and me and my friend agree to buy that packages and order it from our phone, one of the waitress mentioned about the price that displayed on the app is the original (before promotion) and we have asked about the specific menu option for the promotion as the confirmation for the applicable promotion options TWICE, and this specific waitress said YES twice. Then we ordered everything based on what the waitress CONFIRMED.

Afterwards, another server came and directly asked, ‘Kak I just want to let you know, that this one is excluded from the promotion’. And We were shocked, because what the server mentioned was different, and they said it can’t be replaced after serving us a different things before re-confirming it to us.

It’s unfortunate that it’s my first and my last time to come...

LOVED THE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE however, there is something fishy about the employees, we asked for salt and pepper they dont have it. What kind of restaurant that doesnt have salt and pepper? Its not happen just once, but more than 2 times. At first i was like, of maybe they run out of salt and pepper, the second time when we are having lunch, they also said the salt and pepper is run out stock. Until we try the 3rd times, different day different time, they said “maaf garam dan pepper nya habis” . Probably the manager or leader should check their employee maybe they run of salt and pepper because they keep it to them self . So sorry i have to give 1 star. I keep coming back to give it a try, but i just dont understand what kind of restaurant that doesnt provide...

Not sure why the negative comments, maybe the management has improved it that I did not experience it anymore.

The service was top notch, super friendly and warm. The food was as expected, we were regulars in one of their outlets and very happy to see they extend the same quality here in Bali.

I could not find any fault, a lovely experience as expected! Will be back for sure.
