AIKO Coffee — Restaurant in Depok

Cozy place, simple yet stylish and classy, very convenience and accommodating whether you need your own time to focus on your presentation or report, loosen up with your favorite Netflix serial or a good book, or chilling-up with your buddies or loved one.

Now the coffee, for me who in the first visit choose to go for the main stream yet important item to attract regular, to most of cities popular café, hot cappuccino, surely it will delight an urban coffee aficionado wanna be like me.

The pastries offered in ample portion and served warm nicely, the selections is classic and timeless for you familiar with the "S" chain. Barista and staff were very nice and helpful. Plush points in my view are a convenience parking area, near to a mosque, and easy and quick access to Jagorawi and JORR.

Surely will come back...

Been here for the first time, we’re 6 people and then we choose to sit outside, the table we pick are empty and there’s no reserve sign. Couple hour later someone that i guess maybe the owner or someone with higher level, looking at our table and call the staff to tell us to move from our table hahaha this is so funny, because i work in services industries and this move are so questionable and RUDE. She’s standing in front of our table waiting for the staff to tell us to move from there and we were like.. seriously?? Hahah please tell that LADY to study more about services. The food and beverages are SO SO but acceptable. Your services need MUCH improve, how can your staff do EXCELLENT SERVICES, meanwhile YOU as the leader (maybe) showing less respect to...

the AC on all floor is not cool at all. the cheesecake is good and mushy (in a good way). i also order donburi which was served cold, taste bland, i even ask for mayo and ketchup and it came like an hour after. there are like 4 people working in front. but i even need to remind them my order twice because they simply forgot (idk why).

my point is even the cashier is nice, and the place is crowded (many people came to visit), the order took so long turns out the food is bad and COLD.

also kindly note the hygiene of this cafe is bad. i asked for a new spoon because what they gave me had a stain on it...
