Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of this coffee. Almost everyday after drop off the kids, I pick a cup or two cup of coffee. But this is the first time I went to Fore in the afternoon, on the weekend. Understand the queue quite long, but it will be faster if all of the barista do their job properly and minimize chit chatting with each other from something unnecessary. One person that in charge for packing also very slow, even he found it’s hard to open the flipped paper bag. I think it will be better for Fore management to enlist their employee to six sigma training to enhance their operational process performance. All of this actually is still understandable if they did they job properly. One thing that makes me very dissapointed is, I bought Foreveryone 1L and bring my own bag. They didn’t close the lid properly and I didn’t realise that all of the coffee just spill out everywhere just like this. During my trip from store to home nothing happen since I put it straight, but when I take it and the bottle lying down inside the bag, all of the drama happen.
