for some reason it always takes forever for the food to come out, whether they’re busy or not. but my biggest issue with this branch is the cleanliness??? i found a baby cockroach on my table once, i obviously panicked, but the staff doesn’t seem to care enough even though it’s literally a health code violation???????? i had to call 2 different staff for one of them to actually approach me and remove the cockroach, didn’t even apologize AT ALL. only helped me because i asked to and not because it’s NOT normal to have cockroaches running around...

Located on Level 4 of TSM Cibubur, just across Cinema XXI. This is a good Chinese Food Chain Restaurant. Foods are relatively reasonable. It's not that hard have to find good promos on this restaurant. Choices of food are plenty including Dim Sums and desserts. Could be really packed on weekends or Public Holidays. Lumpia Ayam dan Kepiting: aku tiap pesen apapun di Imperial selalu puas, tapi waktu menu ini dateng kecewa karena ternyata isinya kani, kirain kepiting secuil 🤭 Soalnya nunggu lama banget, hakau + lumpia goreng + kwetiau + minum semua udah di meja tapi menu ini ngga dateng-dateng sampe mikir buatnya ribet, lama-lama mikir lupa dibuatin 🤣 Rasa kani mau diapain juga gitu-gitu aja, manis, jadi serasa ga worth it. Lumpia isi Ayam dan Jamur: biasa makan di Imperial Kitchen Cibubur Junction menu ini selalu disajikan langsung dengan sausnya, dan sausnya ini yang bikin dia jadi menu favoritku Di cabang TSM ketika datang dia gak langsung sama saus, akhirnya waktu waitress antar menu lain aku tanya "Ini ada sausnya?" Dia jawab kurang lebih: "Sausnya ada, asam manis" Aku bilang mau, dia jawab boleh sebentar diambilin, lah jadi kaya optional? Emang harus minta dulukah atau lupa diantar?
