Richeese Factory Margonda — Restaurant in Depok

Hi Richeese factory I'm your neighbor who is quite far from your outlet in Margonda. The atmosphere of the outlet is very pleasant, the food served always makes you long to return.

One thing that is very unfortunate is the existence of illegal parking attendants. Today Sunday, July 27, 2025 afternoon around 16.30 I had to fight with the illegal parking, actually simple and not a problem paying for parking. But it was his attitude of yelling at me as a customer for not being given money that made me angry. It can be seen on the CCTV of the parking area when we argued. Hopefully there will be a mutually beneficial action for the customer and the parking attendant problem.

Ps: Sayangnya tidak semua customer bisa begitu saja tenang ketika diteriaki. Maaf kalau sudah membuat keributan dan tadi sempat agak tinggi saya bertanya ke salah satu team richeese factory yg berjaga di luar ya 🙌🏻....

Actually,it was not the food that makes me give 2 star to this good restaurant. It was because of the waitress. I was already in front of her counter but without any single word she just wandering prepare the other’s order very slowly ! It will not anger me if she just simply said ‘wait a minute’! Even when i asked whether her counter is closed or not,she answered me curtly. In the end i left the counter. I was a customer service once and i really know how a magic word like ‘mohon ditunggu sebentar’ will make customers wait...

Richeese Factory Margonda jadi salah satu spot favorit kalau lagi ngidam ayam pedas dengan saus keju yang khas. Lokasinya strategis banget di Jl. Margonda Raya No. 280, Depok. Tepatnya berada di deretan ruko seberang Margo City Mall, sederetan dengan McDonald's dan HokBen. Di sisi kirinya ada Indomaret Point dan ruko toko kacamata, sementara di sisi kanannya bersebelahan dengan Lawson Station dan beberapa tempat makan lain seperti Ayam Keprabon dan Kopi Kenangan.

Dari luar, bangunannya cukup mencolok dengan warna merah khas Richeese, ada area parkir yang cukup luas untuk motor dan mobil. Begitu masuk, suasananya nyaman dan modern, cocok buat nongkrong, kerja laptop, atau makan bareng keluarga.

Menu andalan pastinya Fire Wings dengan level pedas sampai level 5. Disajikan dengan saus keju yang creamy, kombinasi ini benar-benar bikin ketagihan. Buat yang nggak kuat pedas, bisa pilih menu lain seperti chicken BBQ atau menu combo lengkap.

Pelayanan cukup cepat meskipun sering ramai, apalagi saat jam makan siang dan malam minggu. Tempatnya bersih, ada pilihan duduk di lantai atas juga. Harganya masih masuk akal untuk rasa dan porsinya. Wajib coba buat...
