The highlight of our dining experience at Ikan Bakar Pesona was undoubtedly the outstanding seafood dishes. The grilled fish, or "ikan bakar," was cooked to perfection, showcasing the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Crab meat was fresh and firm, we choose seasoning asam manis because kids prefer not spicy.

A legendary local seafood restaurant. They only sell large fish (1 kg ) that is definitely too much for two persons. The portions are ideal for sharing, and they can accommodate two halves with different style or cooking/sauce. Even the rice is served in huge portion! The food really embodies the local Eastern Javanese style.

The atmosphere can be improved in many areas. The plain plastic table cloth and the whole atmosphere just feels old and tired despite the grand looking facade. And the aircon does not work properly too. They opened some of the windows because of poor exhaust and to let all the smoke from the kitchen out. So they basically just throwing the aircon money out of the windows.

It is a seafood restaurant. It is a pretty huge restaurant, parking lot is pretty small at the front but there is more space at the back of the restaurant. It has a good amount of seating tables and it is near the kitchen so you can see them cooking. The toilet is acceptable, it is not too dirty. Food and drinks there are delicious. Customer service and pricing are average. However, the place is kinda hot even though i went there at night and there are flies that makes it hard for me to eat peacefully. In general, i think the drawbacks is manageable and i recommend this place to locals...
