Bakmi Berdikari — Restaurant in Jakarta

I visited this Bakmi Berdikari in this pandemic season. They welcomed us very well and made us feel safe because they provide hand sanitizer machine at the entrance and cashier and temperature checker machine.

The place seems luxurious, considering that it's "just" a noodle restaurant that's not located on the mall or "ruko". It seems like we're deceived by its outside look. It has a transparent kitchen with roasted ducks hanging on the kitchen.

I ordered the simple kwetiau ayam and mie ayam. Those dishes are tasty, mild, brothy, straightforward, and clean.. simply a restaurant-quality noodle. I'm looking forward to try the other dishes.

The service from the cashier and waitresses was very nice. They handled our requests very well.

I am happy that I finally have found this gem around my daily activities area. I think I'll be coming to this place often to seek for tasty...

Food taste great but holy fk the service is utter garbage for such an old/experienced restaurant, they pull out one dish at a time, ive ordered 8 dishes and it took them 1 hour to serve us all the food, what worse is they fried noodle no sharing plate, no spoon, etc we waited around 20 minutes until they serve us another dish and so on all the protein menu served 1 hour later as the last after i complained because it took way too long, imagine they serve all the carbs and soup option first like that ofc people already feel full from waiting, it looks like theres no manager all of them are just normal employee/server, ive seen other table also get the same treatment. Ps: i feel like tge fried noodle we recieved is literally a leftover from other table because they cook them at the same time and our portion is half compared...
