Rhiz Guest House Tebet — Hotel in Jakarta

Cons - • No hairdryer, shampoo, hand wash, toothbrush cup • the two electric sockets in the room are under the tables, since there is no power extension cord, so have to crawl a bit to reach • wall, fridge, air con, doors, water faucets appear to be a bit dated than photographed, fridge shelf not cleaned, air con engine moans sometimes • bathroom drains have that mildewy smell, hopefully resolved by my rings of toothpaste on the drains • smoking area is basically all public space, staff was also always smoking at reception, so that will waft into your room, staff claims no free rooms for me to change to

Pros - • soap bar, toothpaste, toothbrush, 2 bottles of water available, nail clipper available upon request • clean, soft bath & floor towels, clean bed and sheets, pillows ideal and not too soft, slept very well, street traffic not too noisy • bathroom ventilation dries floor and laundry quickly, squeegee in bathroom, nice • despite no shower curtains, bathwater does not go everywhere • staff responded to my questions/requests verbally or Google translation, pointed me the right direction to Tebet station, helped me avoid crossing the train tracks again • clear layout of room, feel safe as a solo traveller • 6(?) minutes' walk from/to Tebet station, hotel across convenience store, quiet despite proximity to train...

For the price it's a good clean place, nothing to complain about. Quite big room, window with natural light. A mini market is across the little street. It has a working fridge with freezer. Free soap , Netflix, clean trowels, two electrical plugs, one need fixing actually, it was...

Terutama akses jalan yg gampang baik di tempuh ke lokasi dan keperluan akses tujuan bepergian serta tempat penginapan utk keluarga yg nyaman dan tenang saya dan keluarga pengguna gueshouse ini lebih dari 7 Tahun maaf rumah saya di pasar minggu jarak tempuh cuma 5 Km di kawasan Tebet ? Tp semua ini saya berpikir membayar sesuatu bagi sebuah kenyaman bersama keluarga tercinta ,bahkan seminggu minimal 2 kali menginap ?boleh di tanta sama reseption bahkan sampai kenal semua karyawan sampai scurity apa lagi jajanan klo malam dr sate padang,ketoprak sampae wedang jahe 'Alfa Midi'depan pintu gerbang banget Boss lengkap dgn anjungsn tunainya Bank BCA dll .
