In the past, this place was awesome. Am a reguler customer, in the spot or bring home. But lately, the service was so not okay. The meat that time for local tenderloin, it's full of fat, rubbery and so not Abuba. When we're complaining, they gave us the same one. Then i stop to go there for a while. Lately we're visit there since it's so close so yeah tryin to get luck. Instead of better service we've got the more not okay with the song they played. Total annoying for eat, then we asked to change it then they're just gave da not so different one, bad. Then another day, after my skin care visit again this one the only Abuba that easily to reach then again we're disappointed, they have a fries now and we didn't know so we ordered it simply coz usually they say it for the wedges then it came as a real frues, they made it by them self and it's soggy, no flavour, oily... Poor one. And the song, it's Abuba jingle they play it again and again along our meal time🤨😫😑😑🙄🙄what is so wrong with your management, please don't do that. So, overall better you pick the one in pondok gede or the first Abuba if you're in South. Please do sumthin to make it better...
Read moreThe ambiance vary from a room of dry pungent smoke and calm not cozy but comfy. Nothing to be noted from the service, the definition of average. The place doesn't worth it in its rush hours, only come during less packed time.
They have some ok priced steaks. The dressing is just an ok. For the well done-ness... their meat will vary within 1 slice of meat. Main problem comes from the varing thickness of the meat. In general it is pretty thin, so any slight changes of thickness really influence the meat.
So, never buy expensive meat, better buy in better steakhouses if you really want super good one. As I mentioned, the dressing is just an ok, so you'll be wasting good meat on it. Go for the local meats, and you'll get decent value, go for premium meat, and you'll get overcharged.
Also, in general, they will always be slightly overcooked to what you ask. So adjust your order to that.

Then got dissapointed in a moments while, my turned come to order. They told me the med rare steak would be ready in 15mins without mashed potato which is more suitable for my diet where l got lil dissapointment.
So, l asked for boiled wedges or potato as substitute for less oil and salt. Then they rejected it with many unreasonable excuses because the wedges were half fried ( which was good wouldnt take times to cook), not tasty ( where l didnt care, less oily n salt were more important for my diet's), management would get angry because there were no recipe ( do you need any recipes for boiling wedges? ) n another excuses which wasted my time. Just left
Is this how management train their staffs? That's great because l will never comeback to abuba steak or recommend this place to my circle for the future 😊
