FISH STREAT — Restaurant in Jakarta

It's rare to find fish and chips in Indonesia. It's even rarer to find it at such an affordable price.

Besides fish and chips, Fish Streat also has a variety of its unique take on the classic meal. You can choose a side of pasta, rice or even forget about fish entirely and order a seafood platter. Although one wouldn't come for the interior design. Despite it's modest price, the quality of its food is note worthy.

Seating is available for groups however it would be best to park else where as parking is quite a hassle as the parking space is shared with neighboring restaurants.

Delivery by Go-Jek is available, but it would be advised to order before peak hours as demand can be quite high and queues quite long during weekends.

Scrumptious, cheaps, mouth-watering food!

I ordered the Fish Creammy and Small Platter. It is a fried battered dory and a pasta with carbonara sauce, pasta they use is spaghetti. The fish still fresh. There wasa hint of sweet and umami there. The sauce was real creamy, as they name the dish, fish creammy. The small platter was a real deal. It came with a kebuli rice along with grilled shrimp, grilled squid, grilled fish which I dunno what fish was that, scallop and french fries. It was not so packed in Bintaro branch compare to the Tanjung Duren branch. The food here is surprisingly great. They really know how to cook a good seafood dish and retain its freshness and no fishy smell.
