Gyu kaku Aeon Mall Tanjung Barat — Restaurant in Jakarta

End of April 2022. I hope no one will get my experience. Booking by the phone is quiet well and needed becauae ramadhan season, booked for 10 pax on dinner. It's crowded but they serve us well on the begining. We sit on 4 4 2 table configuration because they dont have a long or big table. They cannot merge the table either. They only gave 90 minutes for to eat, 70 minutes for maincourse and 20 minutes for dessert. All you can eat typical restaurant. The food is good enough especially the dessert, they can combine between pudding and an ice cream. The bad things happend to us is when we must order the menu set and they gave same portion in the 4 and 2 person table. Imagine we must share same portion between 4 person table and 2 person table. In loggic, the 4 person table can finnish the set menu fasten than 2 person table. Therse nothing to complain for thheFirst and thee second set menu. We can finnish it before 40 minutes. And then we ordered the third menu, and then the drama is begin. 3 or 4 staff is always ask us "have we ordered yet? ", and guess what? After 30 minutes we ask to the staff, the set menu never come... Suddenly they say " The time is over". And then they give us the dessert. This the worst all you can eat restaurant i've ever been. Not recomended at that time. I hope it would never happen again, and ofcourse i not interested to spend money in this place again. Due my disapointed to this place, i not giving the photos. I wish theres lack...

This is very bad dine-in experience. I have an all you can eat at lunch time, the staff took my first round order, around 4 dishes of meat, however, only 1 dish arrived in 5 minutes. And no more meat dishes arrived in the first 15 minutes, after chasing, there 2 meat dishes came. After the first round, i can used the QR code for ordering, however, when you order 2 dishes of meat, there must one dishes missed. But for vegetable and condiments, they sent out rapidly. This is the worst time I have ever eaten in Gyu kaku, that’s not the truth all you can eat, I will never go to this shop again. I will suggest other to go to citos one, they supply the meat and other rapidly...

Worst experience from gyukaku branch ever. Never have i had bad experience like this in any other gyukaku branches.

The waitress seems to have lack of training and manner. We called 3 waitress all of them walk past our table. One waitres dissmiss me to wait with a waving hand sign without even looking at us. Can you believe that? Is it karens dinner? Lol.

Long waiting time even though the restaurant isnt crowded, Not even half of tha table is filled. We wait for about 15-25 minutes for every dish.

One dish even came out after we finished eating even though we order it in the first batch.
