Henis Rawamangun — Restaurant in Jakarta

I was expecting more of an upclass restaurant, however it was more of a simple diner with a facade of an upclass restaurant. The food is just okay. No special menu, no special twist of a certain favorite. Simplicity is probably what they had in mind. 2 star for the just okay and straightforward menu, and 4 for the beautiful facade. Overall 3 star from me. If you want just a quick escape of the better tasting "kaki lima" food experience in Rawamangun, or if you want a sliver of experience of eating in an upclass restaurant, or if you want to eat okay food but in an instagrammable place, go to this place. The interior of the restaurant is quite instagrammable, cozy and looks like an upscale dining place. The food is good, not as special as I thought it would be but still good and still worth the price considering they're not cheap. Limited choices on the menu though.. The staff is also nice... Oh and to be honest, for me the toilet/restroom of a place is one of an important thing to be considered. In this restaurant, they're clean and looks quite classy. I'm a big fan of the chicken meatball buns here, and I always make it a point to pick up a pack whenever I can. However, I've noticed that the price of the 10-pack has been increasing almost every year. On my latest visit, I was surprised to see that it had gone up to 140,000 rupiah for 10 pieces. On a brighter note, their bread is truly exceptional and perfect for sharing with friends and family - it's definitely a great way to enjoy quality...
