Combining a cafe into a legendary suit-making shop on Jl Matraman Raya may be the answer to survive the business in this mass production era. The cafe in the front area while tailor business is in the back. I chose Kopi Tanpa Rencana (Unplanned Coffee), a mix of Arabica-Robusta with milk and brown sugar, because that was how I reached the cafe (without any plan). The cafe has a nice ambiance, air conditioned, WiFi, good music (from radio) combined with the sewing machine humming in the back. There's also a menu, but provided by another vendor. And just maybe, one day I am not only ordering a cup of coffee but...

It is a quaint coffee shop. Located within a suit tailor parlor. The coffee is really good actually! I was surprised. I'm not a fan of latte but this one is definitely a must try. It is not overly sweet (Def. Request less sweet) and the coffee still kicks a punch. It has a bitterness in the flavors that I enjoyed. It is creamy and light at the same time. The price is pretty cheap as well.

Little to none parking space. Only fits 2 cars at maximum. A little and I reckoned only 1 table long of...

Jika kalian bosan dengan tema coffee shop yang industrialis atau Scandinavian-minimalist, Jas Kopi bisa menjadi alternatif bagus. This is definitely a gem in Matraman area!

Coffee shop mungil ini punya satu lokasi 2 in 1 place dengan toko jahit 'Bizar'. Jadi kita masuk ke toko Bizar ini, lalu kita akan disuguhi meja barista+kasir dengan vibe Tailor di belakangnya berornamen mesin jahit, kain, mannequin, dan jas.

Untuk menemukan coffee shop ini juga tidak sulit, karena Jas Kopi punya palang tersendiri.

Ada dua seating, indoor dan outdoor. Outdoor tentu untuk smoking area. Untuk Indoor ada sekitar 4 meja + 1 sofa area. Meja indoor ini unik karena kita bisa mainin pijakan kaki seperti mesin jahit.

Uniknya juga, untuk musik, mereka masih mengandalkan radio. Seru sih, lebih lively jadinya untuk indoor.

Harga kopi mereka murah. Saya pesan Es Kopi Susu Terencana (kopi susu dengan double shot of espresso) dengan harga 23k. Btw Kopsus ini speciality mereka, bosan sih memang. Tapi Kopsus mereka enak kok. Saya juga sangat mengapresiasi pada baristanya karena untuk dine-in, kita disuguhkannya pakai gelas pakai, bukan plastic cup sekali pakai. Sangat eco friendly sekali!

Ohya, selain kopi, mereka juga ada snack2 dan sate taichan.

Overall, experience yang didapat saat saya berkunjung di Jas Kopi sangatlah...
