Strategically located in East Jakarta’s Matraman & Jatinegara District but with damp conditions, This Cafe has the every potential to be a comfortable and convenient place like other cafes in South Jakarta but fell way behind of them. A lack of parking facilities for both motorcycle and car made it inconvenient for customers to visit, with only street parking and its unpredictable pricing as the only option. While the food and drinks are up to a standard of cafes in general, the pricing is exorbitant compared to the environment and ambience. The toilet needs more improvement from its hygiene and cleaning. Its spacious outdoor smoking seating area is adequate for a chat, and its indoor non smoking area needs further improvements. A favorite place to hang out, just found out that in Matraman there is also Kaizen, although it is closed on the side of the road. But that's okay. Always a favorite place to fill spare time when returning from work. Especially the live music. But if it can be longer for live music.

So far, I think the service is good 👍🏻😊. Always so special. Especially the two women who are always there when I come to Kaizen Matraman. Putri and Dewi, thank you for the smile. Always keep us coming back for more.

Pertama kali kesini karena diajak kakak saya, first impression saya : RAME BANGET. Sumpah kayanya over capacity deh.. Meja kursi bisa dipindah kesana kemari sesuka hati, suara musik juga kenceng banget dan menurut saya agak overpower jadi kalau ngobrol harus setengah ngegas hahaha.. Fasilitas parkir kayanya hampir ngga ada ya, motor parkir di trotoar dan sebagian badan jalan. Mobil parkir di alfamidi sebelah tempat ini hahahaha.. Ambience nya lumayan bagus sih, tapi karena super terlalu kelewatan rame menurut saya jadi sumuk aja gitu heheh.. 😁😁 Tadi saya pesan apa gatau minuman yg kata kakak saya ada yakult sama strawberrynya, ekspektasi saya rasanya bakalan asyem seger ternyata yaa Allah manissss banget 🥵🥵 even lebih manis dari minuman kakak saya strawberry milk apa gitu.. Huhuu agak kecewa sih di bagian ini :( untuk harganya jujur saya sama sekali ga tau karena saya ditraktir sama kakak sih hehehe.. Dan satu hal yang lumayan jadi concern saya juga yaitu toiletnya ngga banget 😂🤏🏻 maaf kalau ini beneran ga banget, masih jauh lebih bersih toilet pom bensin/stasiun kereta. Toilet di lt2 sama lt3 tapi maaf ya ga proper sama sekali. Satu lantai sama toilet itu mungkin kaya gudang atau tempat istirahat pegawainya kali ya gatau juga.. Cuma kebersihannya kurang banget sih menurut saya, harus ditingkatkan lagi. Hehehe.. Soalnya ini kan tempat nongkrong targetnya anak muda kan yaa, kayanya ga pas aja gt tempat nongkrong yang lumayan bagus gini tp toiletnya kaya gitu wkwk.. Semoga kedepannya Kaizen Coffee khususnya yang di Matraman bisa lebih baik lagi dari semua...
