Despite the staff being polite, my experience at this Pizza Hut was a letdown from start to finish. While I appreciate good service, it means little when the main reason for visiting—a decent meal—is completely fumbled.

First, our order was taken incorrectly, which might have been an honest mistake, but it set the tone for the rest of the visit. When our food finally arrived, we realized we were missing items. Mistakes happen, sure, but when you’re paying for a meal, you expect to actually receive it. This added frustration made the already lackluster experience even worse.

The location itself is forgettable—nothing particularly inviting or special. But let’s be real, people don’t come to Pizza Hut for ambiance; they come for the food. And unfortunately, the food was the biggest failure here. The pizza was unimpressive in both quantity and quality, with bland flavors and a price tag that simply didn’t match what we received. When you compare it to competitors like Domino’s, the difference in value is stark.

Just coincidence i visited this pizza hut restaurant since i had my parents hospitalized in the near hospital of RS Jantung Jakarta. It was still on the fasting day but nothing restaurants nearby RS Jantung Jakarta could accept dine-in but this resto did accept. When come in to the resto, health protocol was applied including i had to put my name and mobile number in their dine-in customer list. The staffs were nice and polite, i got my order served in the moderate time. The lay out of the resto was also nice and mini bar of salad is also open on this resto considering another resto of pizza hut closed their salad mini bar due to pandemic. This place really feels like home. So calming and comfortable. The place is clean and organized. The area of this restaurant is large so anybody can easily move around the room. The service is also vey nice. The first time I was visiting the restaurant, Mrs. Marwini (one of the staff that working there) gently guided me to my table. When I asked her to give me 5 balloons, she gave me the entire package of balloon for me to work on. She even accepted my proposal to teach her to make one of my design. Lastly, she was the one who gave an adorable poodle balloon. Such a gantle and heart-warming lady. But the entire staff of this restaurant is also very nice. Good job. Thank you...
