Kedai Kopi Tjan, Kayu Putih — Restaurant in Jakarta

This was my second visit. The service and the taste has improved from the last time when they were just opened. Has a lot of menu options. Price is reasonable. What I ordered : Spaghetti spicy tuna Nasi goreng spesial Tjan Bakmi ayam Nasi ayam goreng sambal matah Iced lime Iced lemon tea Teh jahe sereh Milo mozasaurus Total 297k idr. And all tasted good. The only minus is it took long time for the food to be served, even only a few amount of guest at that time. And some times it's very crowded, especially afternoon and evening, maybe because the live music 😊 so it might be hard to find...

Come at dinner, we had: Nasi goreng special Tjan: it ⭐⭐⭐for me, less smoky, and less savory. Rice bowl ayam sambal matah: it's ⭐⭐ for me, sorry, but the sambal matah very little. The chicken is less tasty. Onion Ring: it's ⭐⭐⭐, same less savory, and less crunchy. Bakwan Plater: it's the same ⭐⭐⭐, less savory less tasty Es kopi susu Tjan:(I forget the name on the menu thou): ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but it good, The balance of the coffee, milk, and palm sugar goes good.

I don't know what's wrong with the food, but at least the coffee, which is their specialty was...

Come here almost weekly with friends. They have live music performance every night if I’m not mistaken. The crowd was fun, food & beverage were just okay with average price range, and the staff were helpful. If you come at 8ish on Friday & Sat-nite, it would be a long queue and you’d be in a waiting list. So be patient…

If you picked the outdoor seating, be ready to get smokes from the smokers around you. Even if you don’t smoke, you’d still get the tobacco smells lingered on your clothes and hair, which is...
