My first time to visit this Koultoura branch. I used to go to their first branch at Taman Ratu way back then.

Smoked Beef Bitterballen (8/10) The bitterballen’s size is smaller than expected, but the dipping S-A-U-C-E is bomb. Tasted like Chick-Fil-A sauce. Srsly, iykyk.

Tuna Mayo Sandwich (7.5/10) The sourdough’s bread crust was a bit tough, but the bread was nicely toasted. The tuna spread was too thin to my taste, but the taste was interesting with a hint of sour-yogurt-ish mayo flavor.

Spaghetti Brulee (8/10) Nicely balanced. Pasta was al dente. Not too salty.

Hot White (4/10) Not creamy, a bit on the watery side.

Hot Mochaccino (6/10) If you like chocolate drinks, this might be works better for you. Very rich in chocolate but not overly sweet.

Pistachio Latte (WOW/10) Surprisingly my fave drink of the day! Very refreshing and well balanced. Love the can’s design.

Overall: The family’s favorite - Spaghetti Brulee & Pistachio Latte FTW. ♥️

Senseless ordering system - can’t cancel order that is not made even though it’s due to dietary requirements.

Ordered a drink with note no sugar, staff came up to say that it’s already sweet. So I wanted to cancel it but they said according to their policy, items ordered cannot be cancelled (even though it’s not made yet). So I suggested to change to a different item with that money. They said I can only order same value or below (and not even more which i am willing to to up.)

They suggested to change to a strawberry milk and said it’s only sweet from the strawberry. Low and behold it’s topped up with cream cheese that is OBVIOUSLY A SWEETENED CREAM CHEESE.

Even if you cafe is good looking, such senseless non customer friendly policies is really a huge turn off.

Update: they replaced my drink with one of my request. But only when I was already made...
