Pizza Hut Restoran — Restaurant in Jakarta

It is the closest Pizza Hut in Taman Ratu and to Sunrise Garden. It is just over against Sunrise Garden, very convenient. It still delivers food up to the standard even in this pandemic, great job. Although, dining-in is prohibited at the moment, which makes this outlet very quiet even on lunch time, very much the opposite in the pre-pandemic era. The staffs are well-mannered and helpful, I like it. They have notification screen for our orders, the queue and time estimation, which is helpful. Cleanliness is also adequate. They provide hand sanitiser too, just in case anyone forgets what they touch. Waiting area for take-away is according to Covid-19 standards. It has enough parking space for about six to eight cars maybe, so it shouldn't be a problem finding one. There are also slots for bikes which is a plus to entice and generate more customers. Came here during breakfast, 30+ mins wait between order and first plate. Very understaffed, seems like there were only 2 wait staff who were also cooking. Staff were polite and apologised for mistakes though. Ordered waffle sandwich which should have included cheese, ham, egg, tomato sauce and waffles. Only got waffles and ham. Waffles came back out.... with caramel sauce instead of tomato sauce and cheddar cheese.... At this point everyone else has finished their food (around 1 hour+ since ordering) so I just ate it. The other food orders were subpar and they gave mayonnaise with the fruit bowl. Mushroom soup in pastry was very salty (frozen/canned?). On the bright side we made friends with other customers waiting for 1hour+...

From the first we came no body check Our temperatures or to remind us to wash the hands or using sanitizer, we got our table right away, but We wait almost half an hour to get menu, it was not so busy, but only few server was there, we got our own menu we take from the waiter station coz no body come after that, almost 15 min after the waitress take the order, and we wait another 20 min for our first course, one of the drink serve after food has been serve, the food was ok, but the ambience of the restaurant not as good as before, the table next to us was so noisy busy talking and dropped the silver ware on the plate.
