They did very well by changing the whole interior and exterior from the old concept to new concept, now it look lively, bright and eye catching , it could be better if also supported by changing service quality and the food quality . No greeter in the front , no "agile" staff' , no good play list of music , not really having a "stand out" food menu that makes you come back again (and kitchen staff..please stop adding thousand island in the salads!) , not to mention the live band .. the high volume when they were playing was really annoying, they have no appreciation towards their loyal customers, their attitude is like they don't need the customers 😉👍 Btw make sure to ask the availability of the foods on the menu, because they can come back to you after 15 minutes to apologize that the food isn't available , you don't want that if you are really hungry , and i suggest not to order Ayam Taliwang , its over price, and the last time i was there they gave me a STALE BEEF for their satay! can you believe that? and no apologize for the management till this second , odd but true , this place just...
Read moreThis is a legendary diner. Been there since the 80's perhaps, I remember when I was still in the elementary my dad used to drive passed thru this when we went to Hero supermarket (which is also still there to date), and that was circa 86 - 94. This is the first time we dined here. For a break-fasting moment during Ramadan, the place is not crowded at all, I was able to book us seats just 3 hours beforehand. The ambience is nice too, not as old as I expected but maybe because they did some renovations back then. Food is actually kinda hit and miss, some are good but some are salty or undercooked. We ordered Lamb chop (but the meat still has that goat smelly odor, "prengus" in bahasa), fish and chips (fish was kinda overcooked), nachos (this one was good 👍 but portion was too small), nasi goreng Bali (this one was good), Grilled half Chicken (this was also good), spaghetti carbonara (this was also good) and Hong Kong chicken noodle (this one was a no from us, noodle was undercooked, soup was too salty). Overall service was good so we were pretty content. Might comeback to...

Mostly specialized in Western-European cuisine. Found this place by accident, was in a hurry for a meeting and wanted to give it a quick shot for a brunch with a friend. For this time, I ordered Hutspot, a common staple of traditional Dutch cuisine made from mashed potatoes, with mixed veggies and some beef and smoked sausages poured with curry sauce I believe. Taste was relatively ok, nothing special. The price was also reasonable. The place is more live and enjoyable during night I assume.
All-in-all, it is recommended for anyone who's craving for a Western-style cuisine (you can also find traditional ones) with a good price. Definitely coming back to try more, especially their desserts...
