Curious with this place as people are raving, and after I ate here I must agree with the general verdict.

Appetizer: Belly Fingers | IDR 69K | Crispy, crunchy, thinly sliced deep-fried pork belly. You might prefer it with rice.

Soup: 3 Combination Soup Base (Szechuan Mala, Truffle Collagen, Pork Bone) | IDR 109K | I would choose these again as all of them was good. The mala soup is quite authentic too, great for dipping. Of course don't order it if you are not a fan of mala. Pork bone and truffle collagen soup are refreshing to wash down the food after the meal.

Ingredients: Wagyu Sirloin | IDR 99K | Choose this if you want less fatty meat. Meat Balls Combo | IDR 54K | pork, beef, fish, 2 meatballs each. This felt pricey. Mixed Mushroom | IDR 59K | Fresh platter of assorted mushroom. Mixed Vegetables | IDR 59K | Fresh platter of assorted veggies. Seafood Platter | IDR 149K | Kudos, the seafood are very fresh (still wiggling!)

Even though the items are quite pricey and portion a bit small at times, the freshness of the ingredients are really commendable. I felt they nearly found the right balance in pricing considering their target market. I also don't think they need to expand with branches.

Total damage IDR 850K for 4 person (after service and tax). I would advise to eat with at least for people to get enjoyable experience, as eating hotpot always supposed to be a communal experience.

Reservation can be done via Zomato or Chope. Credit, debit cards and OVO (+12,500 OVO points) are accepted. Go-Pay and DANA are not available...

Came to try hotpot at this place after got a recommendation. We ordered 2 soup combo that have thumbs up on the menu: Truffle Collagen Soup and Pork Bone Soup. The truffle collagen soup was delicious and tasty. While the pork bone soup was nice too but its on the sweeter side. For the hotpot items we ordered Crab Dumplings, Fresh Beef Balls, Prawn Paste, Special Marinated Beef, USA Short Plate, Imported Pork Collar, Fresh Prawn, Fries Beancurs Skin Roll, Mixed Mushrooms, Horenso Spinach. All the ingredients were fresh and meat quality was good and tender. And we ordered Chicken Popcorn for the side. Chicken popcorn taste was okay, crispy outside and tender meat inside. The sauce bar were also nice. Free Ice Cream and also we got complimentary of Watermelon slice and a shot of Apple Cider after we finished our dinner. Service was good and staff were accommodating. Valet service is available since the parking space limited for 3-4 cars. I think we order almost everything on the menu lol. My favorite is the paste line ups. The meat quality is superb. For the soup we have colagen, herbal chicken, mala 1 star, n pork stock (on different table). The staff are friendly n prompt! It is a nice eating experience... Now lets talk why i put 3 star for this business. The quality of the soup is not as good as the other restaurants. The taste is very light. For the pork broth, if you were thinking you'll be getting as thick as in the ramen place, you are way off! The mala, I'd taste a better one in the part of old town Jakarta. The reason why the 4th star i don't put it in is beacuse they put so much MSG in it. My throat is still dry after 9 hours, and i don't think...
