Great seafood with affordable price.

This place is located almost right next to the old saung greenville. The restaurant is quite huge, and do fit a lot of people and support big groups as well. Service is mediocre and actually it took quite a while for the foods to be served especially the fish although they are fresh. The style of restaurant is similar to bandar djakarta, so you choose your fish first and then you order the vegie and such.

For the food, I ordered grilled fish (I don't know what the fish is called but it is quite huge), Cumi saos padang, and Kangkung cah. The fish is very fresh and it is actually not too dry which is nice. The marinate sauce is pretty good and goes through the thick meat.

The cumi is on point as well, cook perfectly so it is not too tough to bite, yes still kinda chewy. The sauce is okay, not too spicy albeit a bit salty.

This Seafood restaurant is a must try if you love seafood. Almost every dish that we ordered are delicious. They even give you free unlimited ‘sayur asam’ (which so flavourful btw). My favourite dishes: Crispy calamari: crispy and crunchy! Grilled prawn with sweet soy sauce: tasty. Steamed snapper ‘masak saos nyonya’: love the sauce. Sweet, sour and very unique. Black pepper crab: oh wow! Top notch dish. The crab is perfectly cooked and the sauce is thick, sweet, spicy and flavoursome. The best seafood, cheap and good taste. I always order their boiled shrimp and live crab. Because they are so fresh, the seller is actually remove the dead shrimps and only give you the live one. Their fish are frozen, but still okay. I like clamps too, but their clamps are some alive and some dead, and they didn't remove the dead one, so I only ordered them occasionally. Unfortunately they have the outdoor area but always closed, so i'm a little bit concerned about their COVID-19 protocol. They didn't check their guest vaccine certificate and body temperature.
