Warung 1945 — Restaurant in Jakarta

We came 5 person in group. We order 2 portion of galantines, it was serve beautifully. Also nasi pindang, huzaren sla, tomato soup with red bean, popertjees, tahu petis. All are delicious, except the popertjes.

Already told to waitres NO cinnamon. Just plain sugar. But they give cinnamon. Huh...

Then the drama come.... All orders already come, except popertjes... 4 person already finished eating our menu... but one person still waiting for her popertjes... waiting more than 60 minutes.... and when finally her order serves with Cinnamon....

Quiet dissapointing .... she starving only look at us eating. And our group...

The reason why I gave 4 stars was because on my visit, the place was hot while they actually have air-con but they did not turned it on so the place was hot and stuffy. Then I ordered the Nasi Pindang Kudus, the taste was not good enough. They did not put enough spices in the dish, so the dish tasted a bit bland. But the Bitterballen was nice, the outside was crunchy, and the inside was still soft. Really nice. The other dish that I have tried was the Galantine. The Mash Potatoes was nice, but the Galantine was just ok. The sauce of the Galantine was nice but the portion...

Pengen banget makan Bistik Lidah lagi setelah sekian lama, eeh ketemu di restoran Belanda ini, namanya Warung 1945. Terakhir saya makan Bistik Lidah di Tip Top Restoran kota Medan. Pesan Cream Mushroom Spaghetti (47.000), Bistik Lidah (66.000), Sop buntut goreng dihidangkan kuah terpisah, Jus Sirsak (27.500), Rum Raisin Ice Cream (38.500) dan Es Teh Manis. Spaghetti nya enak, porsinya besar. Bistik Lidahnya empuk disiram saos BBQ ditambah 3 scoop mashed potatoes, wortel, buncis dan acar timun. Saosnya nendang banget, asin gurih disertai rasa asem diujungnya, Mantuul Broo... Jus Sirsak nya kental, tanpa susu terasa asli buah sirsaknya. Rum Raisin Ice Cream harus coba, diberi topping kue semprong rasanya mantul Sis... Boleh cari sampai keluar negeri gak bakalan ketemu es krim rum dengan kismis yang enak ditambah kue semprong yang wangi. (ngomongin kue semprong, sudah begitu banyak kue semprong yang saya coba di mana mana asalkan ketemu, dan ada satu yang paling istimewa saya temukan di Putussibau kue semprong ada wijen hitam nya. Gokil rasa wanginya benar benar beda kena ledakan wijen hitamnya Luur...) Suasananya tenang, nyaman, bersih, dingin ber-AC membuat kita betah menyantap makanan di restoran ini. Harganya pun murah, bandingkan Bistik Lidah di tempat lain gak dapat segitu MaBroo... Penasaran Bruine Bonen Soep/Sop Kacang Merah Daging Sapi Tomat dan Sop Buntut Gorengnya tapi perut sudah kenyang. Pastinya saya akan kembali untuk mencoba menu istimewa lainnya. Terdapat kursi sofa santai buat yang mau makan ringan plus ngopi juga bisa Broo... Langsung...
