Not a good service. The barista served the customer like we can't speak English.. I spoke BAHASA and he REPEAT again with the exact words, translating my words with English. I think it was rude. I did not know why he was giving me that attitude. I ordered Americano on the rock, I don't know if the standard is 1 or 2 shots. I asked him, "do i get 1 or 2 shots?" and then the Barista said "oh you want 2 shots?" He gave me only espresso 2 shots and ice. I ordered Americano cos it is written in the Menu. I asked that because i saw him whispering to the barista girl he said "kasih 1 aja"

In Starbucks, the barista has the attitude and Initiative to ask the customer and give the product knowledge.. Shame. I forgot the name. but the barista is a male, tall, tan skin, and has tattoo

Due to the pandemic, Mattea is one of the worth-to-visit outdoor coffee shop. I enjoy Mattea because of their 3 separated seating areas: the outdoor, the semi-outdoor (seating with roofs and fans!), and the indoor (air-coned seating).

They have many options for beverages (coffee, non-coffee, mojito, beer), some main food and snacks, but the best thing is they sell ice cream! The options of the ice cream flavors is very limited.

Despite the poor hospitality (no table service and no tissue on each table) and due to the location this place has a quite pricey menu, but I will come back again anyway, because Mattea is a nice place to go for everyone (either you are a smoker, alcohol drinker, ice cream eater, light-biter or seeking for main course, you name everything you want and Mattea...

Mattea Social Space in Cempaka Putih is a vibrant hangout spot, especially popular among young people. The prices are quite reasonable yet reflect the quality, with coffee ranging from 20k-40k and most main dishes priced above 40k. The cafe is clean, has a decent bathroom, and offers both smoking and non-smoking areas, though the non-smoking section is a bit small.
