McDonald's Kemang Raya — Restaurant in Jakarta

A good place. Right around the corner. Big parking lot, for motorbikes and cars. There's a drive through for ordering with vehicles. The only problem that the road through there is so crowded. Especially during weekend.

As usual, McDonald has two counters. One for McCafe and the other for regular fast food and beverages. The quality of fast food just regular McDonald. You can decide by yourself. As for me, if you happened to be hungry and just wanted a fast food with decent taste, McDonald is what you want. The coffee in mccafe is good enough and its not just in a styrofoam cup.

The environment is spacious so you can pick whereever place you want to be. If you like a quiet place. Just pick a place near the corner, if you went with a big crew, theres a big place in the center, and if your kids want to play first. Theres a small and nice playground on the corner. One of the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited. I went here for breakfast last week with a client of mine. One thing I like about McDonald's in Indonesia is that they serve fried chicken and rice for breakfast (take that syrup infused McGriddles!). So delicious and perfect.

The place itself is spacious and modern. No wonder people here goes to McDonald's for special occasion. One thing I like is that this place actually opens 24 hours. It's nice to have an option to eat after those late night parties.. I mean, study sessions.

Aaaanyway.. I don't go to McDonald's that often anymore, but I wouldn't mind going to this branch. They also have McCafe that serve some coffee. Now why don't we...

Usually every McD will get 4 stars minimum because their standard superior service performance. But this branch do unethical practice to me. There was long queue, and as usual, they deploy their staff to ask order menu. And when it comes to pay, I didn't watch my bill and just pay as usual. The surprise acknowledged when I receive the food, they upsize the drink without my consent. When I said to staff that gave the food, it was align as ordered. Then I checked the bill and yes it were three upsized coke. I have no time to reconcile nor complaint. You may have sale target but stay away from unethical...
