We were checking in on March 26, 2016 with 2 rooms. We have young children with us. First impression was sucks. When we get in to the gate, the securities made my baggage felled from our car because of their clumpsiness. The second one is all the receptions seemed soooo busy that they didn't have time to make some greetings to the guest. And the epic fail from this hotel is that the swimming pool was closed from 3 PM until 10 AM the next day for private birthday party. The worst part is they didn't inform us about that when we booked by phone, also the receptionist didn't even inform us when we get there to checking in. It was a long weekend, so we had intention to brought our children to this hotel so they could swim. So how our children suppose to swim when they has closed the swimming pool? They bring us their Hotel Manager, and he offered us to swim at Arion Swiss-Belhotel by their arrangement. First he offered us to go there by taxi. We refused, so he provided a car. We have dealed. After we brought our children to the lobby, the receptionist said that they only will pay 5 person to swim at Arion Swiss-Belhotel. Meanwhile we have 6 children with us, so did they expect the children go to the other hotel alone? And why that Hotel Manager didn't inform us before? We thought this was a nonsense, so we refused to go to other hotel just to swim, and we decided to checking out from this stupid hotel. So we brought the children back to the room to pack our baggage. By the time we arrived in the room, the receptionist called us and informed us that they allowed us to use only the children pool area for only 1 hour (until 5 PM). We agreed. So we bought the children, again, to downstairs, and then to the swimming pool to swim. During their swimming, that idiot Hotel Manager kept watching us from the restaurant area like we and our children are some criminals. Very annoying. We used the pool only maybe 45 minutes. After that, we were checking out and move to Mercure Hotel Simatupang which has much much much better services. This is not about the money, it's about how this hotel treated the guest. We will never stay again at this hotel, ever! It even not...

a very affordable 4 start hotels with Overall Best Staff. STAFF : All staff from the security front doors, Bell Boy, Office Boy/Girl, restaurant for breakfast-the chef on the egg station very friendly. They Greet Us with smile, trying to help us in anyway we need.

HOTELS : The hotels It self is quite an old hotel, you can see on the room. it's been just OK, we booked 2 room - AGD Grand deluxe king room, unfortunately unable to get adjoint room / connecting door. we are confuse as the 3rd floor is a NON SMOKING FLOOR, but the receptionist said that our room is a smoking room since non smoking are full.

TV is an old type 32", no smart TV. WiFi using CBN and speed around 30-40mbps, I'm using TSEL 5G and still got 90mbps the shower has hot waters, but I it's only warm I think. Breakfast has a lot of variant western & local food. it's an good one consider it's a 4 stars hotel. the Gym was Ok, but seems it's not been take care by its staff. I came around 06:03 but they still got previous used glass from yesterday, the AC hasn't been turn on also. i think they almost has all the tools for weight & cardio training even though it's a old type. the surrounding are has plenty local food and cafe, you won't get tired as you only need to walk 500-600m MAX to cover most of the viral restaurant :D

Overall if you has limited budget for a short staycation, 500-600K could get 1 room with breakfast, you get good gym + nice pool and a very nice experience from...

Luxury hotel rebuilt and rebranded, right in the heart of Kemang. Centrally located next to ATMs, grocery marts (Kem Chicks is across the street) and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly staff members with a security check as you enter the lobby. Rooms were alright, we stayed in 430 and the AC did not work property. No AC unit in the room, just a vent and a control dial that did nothing to cool the room down.

Nice big, comfy bed and pillows.

Favorite aspect was the large, deep pool. Open from 6AM, the waters temperature is perfect, not too cold. Keep your eyes closed from the chlorine amount.

Breakfast is worth it here. Large buffet selection - gourmet breads for toast, dim sum, egg station, fruit and salad, donuts + cake, rice porridge, bacon + hash-browns, yogurt + muesli, juices, indonesian cuisine, cheeses and delicious jams right at your table. Breakfast time starts at 6AM and goes until 10 or 11, depending on the day of the week. You can take your breakfast plates outside and enjoy your meal by the pool.

Excellent full bar available. Gym is pretty decent. There is a lounge area by the pool that has a pool table you can play at. The central lobby area has a nice seating section where you can meet friends and enjoy cakes, baked goods and coffee/tea from their in-house bakery.
