McDonald's Pemuda — Restaurant in Jakarta

Came today around 3 pm since we were in the neighborhood. A bit hectic with long queue for drive through. Assisted with a lady employee at the order spot, we ordered fish wrap, panas special, big mac rasher, 2 apple pies, 2 chickens with fries where the lady simply changed to panas 2 w/ fries because it will be the same and some more. We asked specifically all the chickens to be non spicy due to all of those are for the children, minor. Apparently, the lady incharge of menu input inside the store/ restaurant asked to be repeated the menu order due to low batt (in the comm device). It was repeated by the lady whose assisted us.

From there we pay and took the food. At that time I just realized that the fish wrap wasn't part of the item listed by them. But it wasn't the worst part.

Afterwards, we found out several things: the big mac rasher and 2 apple pies weren't there as well.. The main reason to go there was because of apple pie.. So no apple pies for my kids means we wasted effort to patiently queue 🙈

We have 3 CHICKENS with 3 RICE. Since it means we have 3 panas, Didn't you took some note?

2 of them were SPICY... Way to go maan.. Great job for today's shift team for not pay attention to customer's detail.

I wrote this review for remind us that the last question "is everything (you ordered) good/ correct?" is tricky because we usually in hurry and there's someone else waiting behind. I live in kemayoran so it's very inefficient to go back to the restaurant...

Good protocol, very friendly staff, clean place. Just two things I was disappointed about. First. The touchscreen was offline, so I had to order manually by the cashier. Second. I ordered big breakfast, and the muffin was sooooo dry it was almost like a crisp. I often order this menu and the muffin isn't like this. Usually it's soft, juicy, with slight buttery aroma....

Nice place to have breakfast, it was busy during our visit on saturday morning. The place is very modern and neat.

I ordered through self ordering kiosk and put note about the chicken part (rib) but instead they gave thigh and wing. Nasi uduk they forget to put the sambal so I have to request for it, and the shreded chicken some...
