Ny. Suharti Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Jakarta

Have been coming to this place for many year now, although always opted for takeaways. But today, decided to dine in & i was in awe! The service was really great (thank you Pak Micko) and the food is somehow tastier when eaten there. As for the food, of course have to get the Fried Chicken. The chicken is well marinated, the meat is juicy & tender. And the crispy topping on top just brings the whole dish together. Literally i can just the topping & rice!! Also got the sides of Krecek Basah, Sayur Asem, & Tahu Tempe Goreng. Perfect accompaniment to the meal. Krecek is well seasoned and slightly spicy. Sayur Asem has that balance of sour, sweet, & salty. And it’s my first time getting the tempe goreng, it was so good, the tempe is fresh and lightly seasoned. Another thing is that this restaurant is huge. It has plenty of seating areas and VIP area too. So it’s suitable whether you’re coming in small or big groups. Definitely will be coming...

I came here because their delivery operator is so unhelping and when I came I saw their cashier and employee behind the shelves are is such not a greeting nice gesture, all are without smile (sour face), I ordered and going to pay by debit and they informed me that they only received cash and credit without hospitality to customer which by that time is me and my sister, when I forgot some of item that I should ordered ....again the cashier gesture were rude....I still reply them politely but I don't think it is a place that won't be my...
