Please put attention to these two employees on ur cikajang branch: This lady said waiting time is 20 minutes so we’re ok to wait. Later she said waiting time is 30 minutes, although it’s 40+ minutes waiting already. IF you guys decided a promo, meaning you should stock up right? I feel sorry to see around 6 ojol drivers waiting outside, not even a cup of water in exchange for 1.5+ HOURS WAITING. They’re human too :) When voicing a complaint, this man impolitely saying : “oh because you are enjoying promo…” and keep replying with nonsense & enraging answers. please you cannot talk like that. You want to check the cctv to investigate the waiting time and rudeness of ur employees, no? Hope it has microphone as well :)

LOVE AT FIRST BITE!! We’ve been waiting for Sinamon Jakarta to open for quite some time now and was so excited for the cult favorite to make its way here! The excitement of the news obviously created a craze so be ready for a short wait but well worth it!!! Sinamon also deliver and is just as wonderful enjoyed at home as in store.

Sinamon has the best Cinnamon rolls in ALL OF INDONESIA hands down! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, fragrant cinnamon you can smell distance away from the store as you’re approaching and the care they put into every roll in every single bite!
