The owner said they started the restaurant since 1977, so more than 40 years selling Soto Kudus or local chicken soup at their home. So, we could feel homey atmosphere here. There are around 30 kinds of soto soup in Indonesia, and soto Kudus here is one of the famous since have similar taste as origin place at Kudus Central Java. Mixed soto with rice Rp 24.000 each portion, perkedel (potato cakes) Rp 5.000 each, and the most special is fried ati ampela (liver gizzard) Rp 14.000 each. You could see in the picture, liver and gizzard bonded together with small usus ayam (chicken intestines), hmmnn, very very delicious. And don't forget to eat krupuk Rp 1.500 each when enjoying soto.

Dari sisi harga masih oke sih, pelayanan lumayan cepat, namun tempat parkirnya susah karena di pinggir jalan yang ada rambu larangan parkir. -------------- Although it's considered legendary because this eatery has been there around for a long time, taste-wise, it's not 100% like the Soto Kudus I know. There's no fried garlic slices, and the bowl is too big for Soto Kudus standards. The satay and accompanying snacks are just average in taste. Price-wise, it's still alright, and the service is fairly quick. However, parking can be challenging as it's located on the side of the road with no parking signs.

Soto nya enak..apalagi ada makanan tambahan lain seperti paru goreng,ati ampela,tempe,tahu telor puyuh .. jadi akan bikin enak makan soto kudus nya.. lokasi di rumah di hook..tidak ada AC hanya kipas angin, pelayanan baik tapi bukan sperti resto..rumah makan yg sederhana tapi bersih 👍.. harga makanan silakan dicek di foto dan tambah ppn yak..😁

Soto nya enak..apalagi ada makanan tambahan lain seperti paru goreng,ati ampela,tempe,tahu telor puyuh .. jadi akan bikin enak makan soto kudus nya.. lokasi di rumah di hook..tidak ada AC hanya kipas angin, pelayanan baik tapi bukan sperti resto..rumah makan yg sederhana tapi bersih 👍.. harga makanan silakan dicek di foto dan tambah ppn yak..😁

If you looking for an old school and original taste of soto kudus,this is the place. It's been there since 1975 if I'm not mistaken. The building is old,but it's clean. Don't expect fancy interior design here, It's the food you need to look. But than again... old building, old system. On rush hour expect to wait long enough for the food to come. It's hot day or night, not a comfort place...

Makanan yang ada disini adalah soto kudus dan juga kawan-kawan pelengkapnya seperti perkedel, telur pindang, ayam, dsb. Untuk pelengkapnya, yang unik adalah ati ampela yang sungguh luar biasa unik karena ati ampela dihancurkan dan dibungkus dengan menggunakan usus ayam. Menurut saya enak sekali. Untuk soto kudusnya sendiri tidak usah diragukan lagi, rasanya enak sekali, kuahnya mantap dengan kaldu yang lezat. Selain itu, yang menambah nikmat dari soto kudus ini adalah kecap pedas yang disediakan, dimana kecapnya kental dan memiliki rasa manis serta pedas yang balance. Kecap tersebut tentu menambah nikmat dari soto kudus tersebut. O ya untuk soto kudusnya dapat dipesan dengan nasi terpisah. Dan yang terakhir, harganya amat sangat terjangkau. Untuk semangkuk besar soto kudus yang lezat dan amat sangat nikmat serta lihai dalam menggoyang lidah (dimana biasanya soto kudus menggunakan mangkok kecil kalau yang disini besar) ini memiliki harga yang amat sangat terjangkau dan dapat dikatakan makan hemat.
