Limited indoor space. When I came there, the indoor tables were all reserved so I was left with the smoking outdoor seats, which I normally avoid since I don't smoke.
Quite many options of F&B, but I think they were overpriced, particularly because of the taste (so so) and the venue (not located in prime area). I had to pay IDR200k for a sandwhich and 4 drinks.
Moreover the parking attendant charged IDR20k for valet! There was no sign mentioning anything about the price. There was a valet parking ticket, but it didn't show any fee. He didn't notify me in advance about the charge either. He mentioned the amount only after I came back to take my car. Well I had no choice because the parking space was full. However, if you offer valet service because you have limited space, you shouldn't charge a fixed price (guests will still tip the valet guy; no worries!). This is the common practice even in prime area such as Senopati. Thus, I suspect the fees were illegally or unauthorizedly charged by the parking attendant. Although IDR20k may seem small (but please note that the place is not situated in CBD or prime area. H. Ipin is a small road!), I felt extorted mainly because I only spent an hour there. Considering the tight space, it was not like a valet situation where they park the cars in a reserved space. What they did was only moving the cars within that small parking lot. Well, in that case, the parking attendant can just approach the guests to move their car that blocks the driveway. I'd rather be bothered and asked to move my car than paying unauthorized IDR20k.
I didn't put one star only because the toilet was clean, the staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi was quite reliable.

Read moreI came early today, feel blessed because the atmosphere is perfect, it's windy, it's not sunny. I love the place. It's chill, the staffs were friendly, even though I couldn't customized the order, they can explained it in a ver nice tone. I ordered their American Breakfast and what stand out is the mushroom. You can tell that it seared with appropriate amount of salt so it can create balance with the salad and the neutral taste of the omelette. As for the coffee, you can pick your own beans for filter coffee. I picked Bajawa Beans, which surprisingly a bit more acidic than I expected (mostly Bajawa beans is rather bold and nutty), love it still. Also, special mention to Cio, their mascot kitten which actively social with the guests 🥰. The staff asked whether the cat climbing on the table is disturbing, and since I honour cats, I didn't mind. What stand out also is their toilet 😆😆😆, which been renamed as "Powder Room" for girls and "Fight Club" for boys....

Sayangnya jd punya pengalaman ga nyaman karena parkirnya. Ternyata sudah ada bbrp bad review jg tentang parkirannya. Saya dtg bersama teman dg beda mobil. Datang bersamaan dan saat masuk parkir sama2 dpat parkir pararel. Dari awal masuk sy cuma diinfo valet. teman saya diparkirin, saya sekedar diarahin taruh mobil (which mean saya parkir sendiri). For info, kami parkir pararel sebelahan. ternyata di akhir kami ditagih berbeda. Teman saya katanya 'titip kunci' tarif 10rb sedangan saya 'valet' 20rb. ditanya kok beda, penjelasannya kalau titip kunci akan diingat2 dan diparkir tetap di area cafe sedangkan kalau valet parkir akan keluar cafe. Ini ga terinfo dr awal. Alasannya kalau parkir sdh penuh otomatis ditawarkan valet krn pasti diparkir diluar. Padahal saya dan teman saya kondisinya sama2 masuk ke dalam area parkir cafe, sama2 parkiran penuh dan parkir pararel di dalam area parkir cafe. knp gak sama2 valet kalau harus pindah2in mobil or sama2 titip kunci istilahnya. Kondisi kami sama tp ga jelas apa yg bikin beda perlakuan. ditambah saat ditanya, ada statement "saya ga tau karena ga pegang mobil mbak". apakah masing2 tukang parkir ini beda2. ga ada aturan nya? Memberi penjelasan jg terkesan asal dan galak. Maaf jd lebih seperti preman dan ga profesional. Saya perempuan nyetir sendiri jd insecure jg jadinya.
jauh sekali dg kondisi cafe di dalam. saya inisiatif share dg staff di dalam cafe dan disampaikan kalau manajemen parkir memang beda/diluar manajemen cafe. Well ga bisa dibedain or saling tutup mata dong kan. nice nya sih staff cafe responsif dan fasilitasin dg baik menyambungkan dg manager dan saling klarifikasi. manager cafe tetap berusaha kasi solusi. pihak parkir mengklarifikasi alasan yg ga sesuai utk kondisi kami. Jd sulit jg utk bisa kami terima penjelasannya. Penyampaiannya jg meninggi. tidak ada permintaan maaf dr pihak parkir. Pihak parkir menawarkan pengembalian dana tp sebenarnya kami minta reason aja kok begitu kondisinya. Tolong jgn suka2 dan asal bikin aturan. Kesannya jadi tarif tembak.
Bukan masalah nominal tp kesan tidak baik yg timbul tolong ditindaklanjuti serius dan jangan diulang. Toh sdh ada pengalaman serupa sebelumnya. sayang kalau kehilangan pelanggan krn masalah parkir. saya pribadi jujur jd enggan sekali utk datang lagi walau tau tempatnya sangat nyaman. Semoga pembelajarannya benar2 jd pembelajaran. Jangan diulang ke orang lain. Pakai tarif dan regulasi yang jelas. Jangan beda2kan dan asal. Jangan galak2 sm pelanggan pdhl kekurangan dr pihak provider. Walau beda managemen tp ini pelanggan cafe jg. Seyogyanya pelanggannya ga dibiarkan jd bad experience sm parkirannya jg.
