less cleanliness... when its your first time to take-away order there, you got clueless 'cause none of them asking you what youre gonna order, they just sit there, with their phones, and this one person sooo bothered me, he SMOKING for god's sake! i'd just.. what the fxxk?!;) ain't you gonna say hi and greet your customer?? rather than smoking and pretend didn't saw me coming to order? I cant pay with card, tho several EDC machines stacking there like a puzzles. their kitchen team is good, cause they can cook well :))thank god! thats kinda soothe me down, at least the fried...

I've been to Bebek H Slamet in several cities. Most of them have a high standard of food handed to customer and services. Except for this one. Aside from the food, the customer service was so terrible. We were treat as anything but customer.
