I think i just found the best hambagu steak I've ever had in Indonesia, and probably the best one outside of Japan 🙌

Opted for hambagu lunch set (200gr) that cames with reasonable price surprisingly, it cames with refillable rice, spaghetti & mash potatoes combo, miso soup that taste so good and comforting, and light salad. The demiglace sauces fits perfectly with tender and juicy hambagu that filled with charred charcoal flavour, the sauce is not too sweet and just perfect, kinda impressed since lots of hambagu sauces can be a tad bit too sweeet. It also came with option of ice cream or coffee jelly for dessert, compliments the set real well :)

For lunch today, the guest are all Japanese and i am the only local dine in here. You can taste they made it with lots of love! it takes a while to process the hambagu (around 20-30 minutes) but its worth every second. Its pure heaven and i think the most memorable Japanese meal I've had with that range of price.

Love the atmosphere as well, reminiscent of lunch place in kyoto! Warm and friendly server as well as skillful chef working hard in the grilling section.

Truly a must visit for every Japanese food hunter. I will surely back for their hambagu over and...

Had a great time dining here! The food is really good, crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Even if you're eating alone, it's still an enjoyable experience. The open kitchen concept is a nice touch, letting you watch the chefs in action while you wait for your meal. Overall, it's a great spot if you need a little escape after a busy and hectic day at work. The cozy ambiance makes it a perfect place to unwind and recharge. Ke daerah cikarang karena akan meeting dengan salah satu brand ternama dari Jepang, nyari-nyari tempat makan siang sebelum meeting. Ada komplek ruko kecil dan ada plang japanese restaurant, jadilah melipir kesitu. Pas masuk ambience-nya emang resto Jepang banget.

Setelah melihat menunya, sempat tertarik sama curry rice dan donburi-nya. Tapi specialty tempat ini adalah hamburg-nya, jadi saya pesan hamburg (200 gr) dengan demiglance sauce. Disajikan di atas hotplate lengkap dengan pasta dan mashed potato. Dan sudah dapat nasi (asli banyak banget) dan miso soup.

Rasanya enak, hamburgnya juicy dalamnya, saucenya juga pas. Very recommended!! Dengan tambahan nasi dan miso, walhasil saya kekenyangan ^^. Ternyata terakhir dikasih pudding coffee, coffee-nya berasa banget. Oh iya, minumnya saya order ocha dingin karena hawanya sangat panas, free refill.
